We also conduct interviews on behalf of our employers and provide them with 3 preferred candidates for them to choose from. Our presence is also on multiple social media platforms to be able to reach job seekers in every direction.

What specific problem are you solving?
We are solving the problem of high youth unemployment in Ethiopia, which has been on the rise. However, the supply side is also heard complaining about not finding qualified candidates for their vacant positions. With more than 30 universities graduating millions yearly, there seems a huge mismatch and the job matching platform we built is meant to solve this problem by connecting employers with the right candidates.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
Our solution serves both job seekers and employers. The job seekers will be economically empowered by being matched to a suitable job and they can start building their careers. On the other hand, employers will be matched with the right candidate for their vacant job positions, which indirectly helps them to grow and sustain their business.
