What specific problem are you solving?
In Kenya, football remains largely informal and financially unsustainable, leaving players, coaches, and clubs without structured income, contracts, or career development pathways. Despite the introduction of sports-focused schools under the CBC curriculum and growing youth interest in football, there is no digital infrastructure to support the sport as a viable profession. Most teams lack access to essential resources like affordable equipment, reliable funding, and platforms for generating revenue through ticket sales, merchandise, or sponsorships. Additionally, opportunities such as scholarships, training, and business partnerships are fragmented and inaccessible, especially for grassroots clubs. This lack of coordination and economic support perpetuates unemployment and discourages youth participation in sports beyond a recreational level. Our solution addresses this gap by offering a centralized digital platform where teams can register, manage operations, sell merchandise and tickets, access discounted supplies, form partnerships, and connect with scholarships and football support programs—ultimately transforming football into a tool for employment, education, and empowerment.

Our solution is a mobile-first digital platform designed to turn football into a sustainable career path in Kenya. It allows football teams—ranging from grassroots to national leagues—to register officially and access tools that help them grow economically and professionally. Teams can sell match tickets, merchandise, and memberships directly through the platform, creating new income streams. They can also access discounted kits and supplies from verified partners and form sponsorship and business partnerships to support their operations.
The platform features a centralized database of scholarships, training programs, and employment opportunities in sports—locally and globally—allowing players and coaches to explore real career growth. It also includes features for creating digital contracts for players and coaches to formalize employment.
Built using web and mobile technologies with a user-friendly interface, the system integrates mobile money platforms like M-Pesa for payments and offers optional USSD support for low-internet users. The platform aims to provide equal access, transparency, and long-term sustainability, making football not just a game—but a pathway to employment, education, and empowerment.

Despite their talent and passion, many are excluded from economic opportunities due to lack of digital tools, connections, and structured support.
