What specific problem are you solving?
Chronic disease is the greatest threat to America's national security. Over 100 million people suffer from chronic conditions while a shortfall of up to 124,000 physicians leaves millions without essential care. The most vulnerable—the elderly—comprise more than half of this underserved population.
For many, the local pharmacy is the primary gateway to healthcare, with one in three Americans visiting weekly. However, crushing financial pressures from dispensing costly medications have forced more than 20,000 retail pharmacies to close in the past decade, with several hundred more expected to shutter this year.
This crisis means chronically ill patients are abandoned, lacking consistent clinical support due to both doctor shortages and collapsing pharmacy networks. Ninety percent of our healthcare dollars now fund hospitalizations arising from mismanaged medications and unmonitored care plans for these same chronically ill patients.
Patients are forced to endure months-long waits for a doctor or travel great distances for a new pharmacy, even as the U.S. government offers a $100 billion incentive to address the crisis. Immediate action is imperative to halt this erosion of our nation’s health and security.
What is your solution?
Scriptify empowers local pharmacies to become the frontline of an omni‑channel chronic care ecosystem. Our API integrates into any e‑prescribing system to collect patient demographics, conditions, and medication histories. A proprietary AI engine assesses risk and flags eligible patients. At dispensing, pharmacies obtain consent and launch a mobile/web onboarding workflow to schedule an initial appointment. Each patient is matched with a clinical pharmacist—our “healthcare companion”—based on social preferences and clinical specialization. Patients connect via telemedicine, documenting every follow‑up to streamline care and optimize outcomes across pharmacies and provider networks. This model drives new revenue for pharmacies, creates jobs for previously unemployed pharmacists, and delivers critical care access to those who need it most.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

Chronically ill patients, especially the elderly and underserved, by transforming local pharmacies into accessible care hubs.
Impact: Immediate onboarding at the pharmacy—no months‑long doctor wait—enables timely risk assessment, personalized care plans and consistent telemedicine follow‑ups, reducing hospitalizations and improving quality of life.
