RegenSoil, promotes regenerative agriculture (RA) practices such as cover cropping, agroforestry, composting, minimal tillage, and biochar application. We train farmers, implement model demonstration farms, and deploy soil carbon monitoring technologies (NDVI, IoT sensors) to restore soil health, improving crop yields increasing food security and climate resilience across Uganda, and sequester atmospheric carbon to reduce on soil emission by 30%.

What is your solution?
RegenSoil, promotes regenerative agriculture (RA) practices such as cover cropping, agroforestry, composting, minimal tillage, and biochar application. We train farmers, implement model demonstration farms, and deploy soil carbon monitoring technologies (NDVI, IoT sensors) to restore soil health, improving crop yields increasing food security and climate resilience across Uganda, and sequester atmospheric carbon to reduce on soil emission by 30%.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
Smallholder farmers in degraded regions such as north and northeastern part of Uganda are vulnerable population, the reason why our solution target women and youth cooperatives involved in agriculture, local agro based enterprises engaged in sustainable value chains and it impact on increased soil fertility and food production, enhanced income and livelihood resilience through food security. Reduced synthetic fertilizers input costs through organic practices alternatives giving us a chance to greater climate adaptation capacity and long term carbon storage benefits at the community level.
