What specific problem are you solving?
We address the failure of mainstream digital tools to effectively serve diverse learners. Dyslexia affects ~10% in the UK (NHS), ADHD impacts millions (e.g., ~11.4% US children - CDC), and globally, UNICEF estimates ~240M children live with disabilities. Current solutions often erect barriers.
Specific problems include:
Accessibility Friction & Poor Native Integration: Most require disruptive downloads/logins and fail to seamlessly leverage vital built-in device accessibility (screen readers, text adjustments), forcing workarounds.
Fragmented Tools & Connectivity Dependence: Support is often siloed across separate apps (TTS, content, input), increasing complexity. Heavy reliance on cloud APIs demands robust internet, often lacking in schools, causing latency or failure.
Lack of Actionable Insight: Educators lack real-time data on student interaction and accessibility usage during tasks, hindering personalised support.
These failures reduce engagement, increase frustration, impede learning, and widen the equity gap.
Our app-less platform directly targets these issues. Delivering instant experiences that natively integrate with device accessibility eliminates friction and consolidates core support functions on-device, reducing reliance on fragmented tools and unstable connectivity. Our dashboard provides educators immediate, actionable insights to effectively support every learner.
What is your solution?
Our solution is an app-less educational platform using our 6DPixie technology for inclusive learning environments. Educators use our CMS to create focused learning modules, instantly launched via QR codes or URLs as native App Clips/Instant Apps (no installation needed). The platform's core strength lies in its seamless integration with built-in device accessibility settings (screen readers, text size, etc.).
Our growing toolkit features capabilities like AR-powered text scanning (using the camera, OCR, and TTS to read physical materials aloud) and AI Speech-to-Text for voice input. This unique combination delivers instant, highly accessible, and engaging learning experiences. Interactive elements and AI tools enable personalized pathways, adapting to student needs and making learning effective and fun, accessible anywhere.
Furthermore, it serves as an accessibility gateway for third-party content and offers a real-time analytics dashboard for educators. This native, app-less approach ensures optimised performance and lower bandwidth needs for a powerful, adaptable toolkit.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
Our solution directly serves educators and educational content creators, providing an integrated platform to design and deliver truly inclusive digital learning experiences. The initial primary beneficiaries are UK students, particularly the Over 1.6 million pupils in England who have special educational needs (SEN), the ~10% affected by dyslexia (NHS), and countless others facing visual, hearing, or cognitive challenges, as well as those benefiting from multimodal learning approaches.
Currently, these students are often underserved by tools that lack seamless accessibility integration or require robust internet connections, or force users to juggle multiple fragmented applications. Educators lack unified platforms to create/deliver accessible content and gain real-time understanding of student engagement and support impact.
Our app-less platform addresses this. It offers educators an easy interface to deploy accessible lessons. For students, it provides instant, barrier-free access (via QR/URL) to learning experiences leveraging native device accessibility and our built-in toolkit (e.g., AR reader, voice input). Critically, this allows learning to happen instantly, anywhere - vital for students absent from school or those finding traditional environments challenging, enabling personalised support in comfortable settings. The real-time analytics dashboard empowers educators with data to provide this support, fostering equitable learning opportunities.
