What specific problem are you solving?
Critical environmental degradation in Canada is exasperated by discrimination against Indigenous governments. The KMBGF (Target 21) recommends that data be shared with decision-makers and the UNDRIP ((art. 32(2)) recommends that states will cooperate with Indigenous peoples to obtain FPIC. Information sharing amongst resource companies and Indigenous nations lack an instrument of ethical, secure and respectful consultation. This fault and error exasperates social issues, aboriginal rights infringement and cultural loss in addition to project delays, litigation and operational risks.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
The solution serves Indigenous governments, state regulatory bodies, the public, corporations and at-risk populations. Particularly, the Indigenous governments and their citizenry are underserved, underrepresented in regulatory affairs, lack technical instruments and are subject to activities that fail to produce meaningful socioeconomic benefits, deliver ethical decisions and support Indigenous self-determination.
