Solution

We have Traceability solution for Pharma manufacturers to have complete supply chain visibility of Pharma products and to comply with regulatory requirements, Traceability is enabled from the point of production lines, distributor, and wholesaler and till the point of sale and dispense.

For end patient engagement we have mobile app by which end user can scan data matrix printed on pharma products for genuine product assurance upon scanning digital leaflets and recall alerts are available.

Impact

Pharma Trax solving Trust deficit in medicine dispensing and distribution for all stakeholders by implementing digital solutions to have complete supply chain visibility from the point of production till patient drug consumption. Pharmaceutical industry lacking trust, transparency and data immutability making it vulnerable to tempering by not having digital solution beyond regulatory requirements. There is no ownership visibility of Pharma products and Cold Chain Monitoring for life cycle of medicine, and real time fake medicine detection system to identify high alert areas. There is no method in developing countries to recall faulty produced medicine from market giving recall alert upon checking medicine trail. Fatal and severe disability incidents take place because of substandard and falsified medicines for not having digital and transparent solution to control such incidents.

We use technologies of Bar-codes for data reading and embedding, NFC for fast distance reading, Iot for Cold Chain Monitoring.

Whole process is done in 5 stages.

End Patients and users can Scan Barcode printed on Medicine pack and verify the authenticity of the medicine for genuine product assurance, providing digital leaflets, complete trail of medicine, NFC enabled recall alerts and Cold Chain History of medicine, evidence of data temper proof levels and availability forecast.
