Many travel businesses, especially in emerging markets, struggle to calculate their carbon footprint, integrate sustainable practices, or report on ESG impact—often due to the absence of digital tools or technical capacity. On the other hand, travelers have limited options to travel responsibly, understand their impact, or contribute to climate solutions. Globally, tourism contributes to around 8–11% of total greenhouse gas emissions, with transport and accommodations being major contributors. Despite increasing awareness—over 40% of global travelers now seek eco-friendly options (Booking.com, 2023)—most still lack real-time data and solutions to act on this intention. These businesses often lack access to digital tools for carbon tracking, ESG reporting, and sustainable itinerary planning in one place. They are underserved in the global green transition and struggle to align with international sustainability standards. Trip Hive empowers them with a user-friendly SaaS platform to automate these processes, enhance their credibility, and reach eco-conscious travelers via our marketplace. 2- Travelers, particularly the growing segment of eco-conscious tourists, who want to reduce their environmental impact but lack data, transparency, and meaningful ways to act.
