What specific problem are you solving?
Guatemala faces high unemployment, limited access to vocational training, and a lack of sustainable infrastructure, especially in indigenous and rural communities. Simultaneously, tourism—a key economic engine—often excludes locals from underserved communities from meaningful participation and contributes to environmental degradation. Without inclusive solutions, communities remain vulnerable to both economic shocks and climate instability.
What is your solution?

AJAW ECOVENTURES will launch Antigua’s first electric bike rental, tour, and sales business. The initiative provides:
-Affordable, low-emission transport for locals and tourists.
-Job creation in tourism, mechanics, logistics, sales and marketing.
-Revenue-sharing models to support local entrepreneurs.
-A digital platform for rentals, navigation, and volunteer coordination.
COLECTIVO IMOX– Community Water Conservation NGO.
COLECTIVO IMOX fosters climate resilience through:
-Educational workshops on rainwater harvesting, greywater reuse, and conservation.
-Certification programs in partnership with INTECAP and the Ministry of Education.
-Volunteer-driven community projects.

Together, these initiatives establish a circular model where tourism directly funds conservation and vocational development.
