What specific problem are you solving?
Mental health support is inaccessible, expensive, and often unavailable when needed most. In India alone, 150 million people require mental health care, yet over 80% receive no treatment. Globally, anxiety and depression affect more than 300 million people. Stigma, cost barriers, and therapist shortages worsen the gap. Many suffer silently due to lack of timely and affordable care. There is a pressing need for a scalable, personalized, and accessible mental health solution that adapts to diverse populations and provides immediate emotional support.
What is your solution?
Bit Short provides round-the-clock AI-driven mental health support, guided by licensed therapists. Users begin with a psychological assessment, followed by personalized, real-time therapy powered by generative AI. The AI simulates therapeutic conversations and evolves with user input. For safety and quality, all AI interactions are reviewed by certified human therapists. Users can also opt for human consultations. This hybrid model ensures scalable care, with a blend of automation and empathy.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

By offering immediate AI-based support and optional human guidance, we empower users to understand better and manage their mental well-being, improving daily life, productivity, and emotional resilience.
