Learn to earn.

The problem that we are trying to solve is:Unemployment Problem of educated unemployed people of Bangladesh.

Solution:Craftsmanship has no gender.With "learn to earn" services students  will take training on subjects like business,Entrepreneurship,newer technology,Outsourcing,Online marketing,Newer skills related to modern technology,Software skills related to new technology.With skills that are necessary to get online job and offline start-up students will be able to earn money as well as to open alternative job market from the very beginning of students life.

Bangladesh run on it's Manpower,but most of the educated people suffers from unemployment situation much.If they devote to "Learn to earn" services,they will able to open a new era of job opportunity for themselves and others.                    

The unemployment problem  of our country is the most severe problem.

About 25 lakh high educated people are unemployed.Imagine what could be the number of less educated and uneducated unemployed people.

This people would do  anything to get a job and earn money.They need only a guideline and necessary skillsets to do better in job sector.Traditional academic teaching are making this manpower highly inefficient.Educational systems are so back-dated it can rarely cope up with modern world.All these relate to unemployment problem and needs "learn to earn" services to free from unemployment curse.          

I am currently graduated from a public Univarsity with a B.Sc degree and trying hard to be employed.With me, a mass of unemployed people are also racing to reach the same destination.Traditional learning process is making this valuable manpower into a waste.All they need a job and a source to income.

"Learn to earn" services  will help every educated unemployed people to start new sources of lifelong self-employment.     

"Learn and earn" services will help this large unemployed people both online and offline with a group of trained personnel for this purposes.Each Traineer will train 5 more interested people and will work as a group.This newly trained people will replicate this process.All the trainer will be under direct  supervision of "Learn and earn" services.And all the members need to pay an definite amount of money if their business,entrepreneurship and other employment opportunities work due to "Learn and earn" services.

Process is pretty simple.First Develop a software named"Learn to earn".Employ new trainer based on required skillsets.Doing Advertisements about the process.If the process is successful with a fewer trainer,then employ new trainer on other different skillsets.
