We all know how broken is education system is ! It was okay maybe 100 years ago but with the technology available it is broken.
Right now we pay thousands for education and our valuable resource time, counting high school to college. Total 14 years and we have very little to show for learning-wise.
Here's how I'll fix. It's simple but execution will be crucial:
1. Teacher won't give any lectures. It will be replaced by the video based lectures.
2. Teacher will .
3. Teacher will spend most of his time , guiding and curating content for his/her students.
4. Last but most important, although the content will be available to the students in the internet, they must come to school/campus for a fixed time. Attendance is must.
