"Job Taker" An unemployment solution

"Population" of Bangladesh More than 16,00,00000. About 57% of population age are bellow 35 and about 20,00000  people are searching a job every day. I want to make them employed with my IDEA. 

I want to buildup a software/application.

Using this system  employer can save their money when they will hire the employee and employee can get the job and earn money and live better.

Using laptop, tablet  Cell phone employee search the candidate according to their requirements.

I will develop a Software/Application.  Using this system People will get a par time/full time job. 

Please Note: Employer  requirements and employees expertise will match by algorithm on Job Nature/Requirements/Experience etc. Both will fell freedom. 

Also i will use few extra ordinary feature. Then it will be easy to get the perfect candidates & Job both.

When unemployed people searching the job then they go to newspaper or few job site and find the circular. Then they Apply to many company. Some time he/she got the job or not. This is the existing system in our country as well as in the world scenario.

For the Company side they published the job circular. Then many candidates send their resume then they take one person for the selected post.  Also this processing takes long time.

But I want to build up my system where Company will find their candidate and they will get the candidates instantly. And candidates get the job instantly according to his/her capability. They do not need to wait such a long time for the job. Also they will get the salary weekly or fortnightly instead of existing salary system.

Their will be freedom between Employer and Employee both

Financial inability is the main barriers to develop my system.

There is technical issue also but it can be manage by find out a sweat able software team.

I think there is not legal issue to develop my systems. Due to There is per time/full time job rules regulations already has in our existing system.

Regarding Cultural issue: This will be very helpful for the society due to their income level will increase. so the can maintain their won culture.

After published my system of course competitors will come then i will add few feature in my software as well as start some promotional activities. So that my IDEA can be sustain.

Also i will expand my market day by day and take few advisers to research and problem solve.

Since vocational training begins in high school, students can graduate and prepare to take a high-paying, skilled job immediately. They carry the credential 'skilled trainees' which ensures them 100% employment, improve their livelihood opportunities, reduce poverty, enhance productivity and become more supplementary to the family's financial outline. The standard of living of skilled youth will stand as a witness for the success of skill programmes amongst the inhabitants in their locality.

To procure a successful career, youth need support both personally and financially. The only option that is available is the vocational skills training. Vocational training allows students to gain practical work skills within a short span of time without having to pay huge tuition fees as well as enhances their employability. The student's course fee, uniform, text & note books, stationery, lunch and travelling allowance will be taken care off in the project.

Financial inability is the main barriers to develop my system.There is technical issue also but it can be manage by find out a sweat able software team. 

Also there will be some problem to create a perfect business plan. In this regards i can hire some business advisers. 

If my solution is selected then i will be expect "TIGER IT" will be with us as a Business adviser.
