In Bangladesh, there are millions of students seeking for a perfect tutor and a thousands of potential tutors that are not getting tuition just because of the absence of common platform. Also, there are students with limited needs and affordability search a temporary tutor and so is a lot of busy tutors seek for temporary students for leisure.
Poraate Chai is a knowledge sharing app that will enable willing people and students to find their perfect tuition and tutor. Both permanent and temporary.
A lot of students here face difficulty to understand a lot of topics because of the absence of a proper mentor. The online teaching method and traditional tuition finding cannot help in most of the times. A lot does not have the affordability or need to keep a permanent tutor also. By this app a lot of people will find a source of part time earning too.
The institution is not always enough to make a student understand a topic hence out of school they need someone to make that easier.
Since the target group is students, 23,907,151 students currently getting affected by this. We have devided the students in two parts: 1. Students 2.Tutors
Students: Not everyone here is willing or able to afford a long term tutor so they mostly need a tutor for only a few hours or day to understand some difficult topics. Not all the subjects need equal attention. Some of them can be completed within few months so keeping a tutor after that is waste of money and time mostly. A lot of students studying in boarding school visit home for maximum a month and need a tutor for that short period. Students from special curriculum like, polytechnic, madrasah etc face hard time finding a tutor.
Tutor: A lot of students are not willing or have the time to take a permanent tuition. Such as the medical students. So it is easier for them if they can give tuition on call for short time. Also students from different curriculum cannot find a proper tuition opportunity because of the niche market.
Tuition industry is a well-established one in Bangladesh already. The target groups are well aware of their needs. I have been to both of the places of my both target groups and also know more than half a thousand people that are suffering from the scarcity of a common platform.
In the app, their will be accounts for both the students and tutor. The tutors will upload their preferred subjects, fees, location, availability, preferred way of teaching (online or offline which will be via Skype) and qualifications. The students will get to select their requirements of finding a teacher and get suggestions on the basis of their selection. Thus this app will address their needs of finding a perfect tutor. Online coaching do the same but they do not work in real time and not all topics are covered.
The tutors will get to teach on their free time via this app, there will be a map connected so that they do not hassle finding students' home. They can also teach from home. Tuition medias do the same but they do not provide temporary tuitions, they do not let tutors and students communicate directly and they charge a lot.
I am providing an app named Poraate Chai (Want to teach) to the population that will benifit the general mass in two ways.
Processes used: There will be two apps synced. One for students and another one for teachers. In the app for teachers, the account holder will have to provide:

- Preferred subjects
- Instituition
- Availability
- Preferred media for teaching
- Rate
- NID and student ID card (Not public, only for verification)
- Phone number (Limited visibility)
In the app for students, the account holder who must be the guardian of the student will have to provide:
- Name
- Location
- Grade
- Instituition
- NID (Not public, only for verification)
- Phone number (Limited visibility)
The guardian will fill up the criterias they want teacher from and then the app will suggest them tutors according to that and guardian will be able to send the teachers request. After accepting the request, numbers of each side will be visible to each other and then they will be able to make a call and work on the rest. If the tutor visit student's home then s/he will get paid on cash and if it happens online then payment would be made via BKash.

Feasibility:
- Operational: People are already getting involved in technology and leaving the traditional ways of doing things behind. A demand for tutor is constant. I am just mixing up both.
- Technical: Apps are the future. The demand for apps is increasing and so is number of deelopers. Also the cost of internet is getting cheaper.
- Schedule: The demand for tutors is constant.
- Industry: This is an old and broad industry.
Reveue procedure: App will charge 10% on monthly income of the tutors. Incomes will be kept on database.
Cost benifit analysis: Approximate initial investment would be USD 100,000. We would reach 100,000 tutor approximately within a year and if 50% of them earn USD 60 a month, then that would be a total of approximately USD 1,000,000 on an average of which 10% is 100,000 a year so basically if the assumptions go right then only the initial investment wil be returned within a year.
This is basically an initial plan, it will be enhanced by time.
