Our dream is making an ICT based organization or establishment where we will provide guidance and training. We will make some little gatherings like Creative organizer, Execution group, Training Provider and so on. There will be one branch in each area over Bangladesh.Our Training supplier group will prepare the adolescent free and prepared youth will went into the organization. At that point we can make some little bunches with them and our Creative planer and Execution group will give them an arrangement and guidelines to execute.That prepared group will be the following group who will manage cutting edge in a similar procedure.

I believe by following this path an enormous number of youths will get together with us and get utilized.

Every year, 2 million youths of Bangladesh join the labor force, however
very few have the fundamental directions or technical skills to coordinate
that an employee should have, which acts as a huge barrier to a get

suitable job. Overcoming this barrier would exclusively improve the lives
of those workers and their families. Likewise, it would also expand the
endeavors of Bangladesh to overcome poverty. Our project aims to

achieving well paid jobs domestically and internationally. Over the last
three years, Bangladesh has seen massive development in the
Information and Communication technology (ICT) area. It has a market
of more than 160 million individuals, where customers are spending
around USD 130 billion or more. This sector is growing at 6 percent
every year. Our organisation will provide the enrolled youths the proper
foundation to achieve their goal. Their achievements will accompany
bunches of benefits for our association and thus fulfilling the dreams of
ours.

Essential computer proficiency isn't adequate to seek after most of new
opportunities . To react to these changes,specialists have come up with new literacy frameworks so as to portray and outline different kinds of ICT skills. These go by such names as digital literacy, information literacy, ICT literacy, media (or multimedia) literacy, and web literacy. New curriculum and training programs have been emerged to cover the extensive arrangement of aptitudes
contained inside these new structures . We will assist the youth group of our country by providing the training services and facilities to help them achieving the required qualities and skills. We will also provide them an environment where they will be able to share their ideas, knowledge and work experiences with others. 

By arranging fastest internet support, highly configured computers and services like Cloud will help them to keep pace with the market and do something innovative in the ICT sector. We believe, this will also inspire the next generation to follow this path in order to fulfill their own dreams.

There are lots of sectors in ICT area where people are no longer working but due to the fact of our education system, training system, studying staffs, and lack of confidence.If I gave an instance from Bangladesh we are recently working with web development, software program development, android, images designing etc. If we see in the outer world people are working with some recent applied technologies like AI, ML, Cloud, Blockchain technologies, Iot primarily based products and so on. In university tiers we are researching about that matters but when we entered into the job markets we did not find these technology based job. So our aim is developing a model with the brand new technologies wherein people can revel in their task with their involved fields and compete with the outer global. developing fields make extra process possibilities for our teenagers which makes our financial system higher day by day.

Youth unemployment is an worldwide crisis given the consolidated elements of overpopulation, limited jobs, and limited resources. If I consider ICT sector, Companies can't grab the global market as much as other developed countries. In Digital Bangladesh, our works need to be as good as grobal market. As I mentioned Our plan is not only train the youths and make an infrastructure for innovators but also make a huge amount of job opportunities for youth who are unemployed. If some big companies and new start-ups can think like us we can decrees the youth unemployment for our country. It is not only our government responsibility to create job opportunities but also our responsibility to make the youth ready to get the opportunities and create the opportunities.
