Countrywide industry without location

Unemployment can endanger not just a government, but a country. Currently the number of unemployed in our country is 40 million. Professor Alam told the Dhaka Tribune there is a big connection between crime and economics. Unemployment and illiteracy are often driven by frustration towards drugs and social crimes as young people will feel that they don’t belong and society may treat them as a burden.

Besides, System of national accounts shows that time spent on non-SNA activities by a female member of a household is about three times higher than that by a male household member. Second, the study estimates that the value of women’s unpaid work was equivalents to 76.8 of Bangladesh’s GDP.

In order to eliminate this problem we have to mobilize all our energies to this great purpose. The most essential measure is industrialization and women’s participation in the labor market. That will make impact on their life.

Scale:  All over Bangladesh.

Market Size: The entire population of the country (164.7 million)

Our concept not only deal with Unemployment problem but also provides a proper guideline for sustainable development of Bangladesh. This will affect a lot of people who are eager to work but can not for the limitation of resources.

The contributing factors in our model-

• Create job facilities for all class of people.
• Eliminate drug addiction by arranging job.
• Participation of women in Labor market to increase GDP growth of Bangladesh
• Reduce poverty.
• Proper use of asset.

 I was born in a low middle class family in the village; I saw many youth are addicted. They are addicted to forget the hardships of unemployment. Not Just the young people, Women are also unemployed in their homes in the village. Women borrow money from various private company and hand it over to the owner of the house. If they could not pay the installment money at the end of the week, they were deprive of it. Everyone is stuck in debt trap. There is no increase in liabilities due to lack of income for repayment of installment. There are increasing social unrest. I used to take a decision. The decision is that every person in the village will be trained, skilled. Those who have land and ponds will harvest the fields, Cultivate fish and build dairy farms. They will be skilled in their work with training. After the training, Women will work in sewing, handicraft and packaging. Young people will be proficient in product management and marketing, new market and market research. In one word, the whole village will be “Manufacturing Rural”. Thus all class people will be serving in our village across the country.

In our solution we are focusing on two issues, the first one is arranging job facilities for all class of people and later on is participation of women in labor market. For the implementation of my purpose, we will establish an innovative multi functional manufacture company whose name will be “Global Village”. Global village will handle skills for employment investment activities which are given below:

• Freelancing training opportunities.
• Handicrafts training.
• Fashion garments.
• Beef fattening.
• Fish cultivation and so on according to our market demand.

Process :

 Global village model is designed in the following Story-

   "  The day began will a quarrel that ended in silence at night. Seven youths have changed the appearance of village in captivity of drug, unemployment and debt traps. First they train on various subjects. Later unemployment women and men trained.

Initially, they received training in computer and clothing making from the youth development department. Then began training others. Everyone is skilled for making garments.The garments they make are widely appreciated. Customers are happy to get good clothes at low prices. These young men have built a two-stored building for the benefit of the organization. Has opened multiple sales center. Initially, the capital of the organization was tk 4000, now it was exceeded tk 1 lakh per day.

In the meantime, these youths have received government recolonization. Top officials of the youth development department say they are planning to eliminate in other village in favor of this village."  

Advantages:

No space needed: Space is the main factor for setting up industry and you have to spend a lot of money for buying space. As people get the benefit of working in their own homes, we don’t need space.

High security: Women don’t want to go out from their house for security reasons, since they work in their own house, so they feel safe themselves.

Overcome economic degradation: Having the advantage of working at home, women participate in labor will increase which help to overcome economic degradation.
