Zero waste organic toiletries

Toiletries like shampoo, face wash, scrub, oil are filled will harsh chemicals which are harmful for skin. Moreover, they are packed in plastic cover which are not degradable. People mostly do not consider to reuse them because we can get them very easily. My solution is to produce organic toiletries with paper packaging and cardboard. The use of plastic and chemicals are used to increase the shelf life of products. I want to open a online shop where the product will be made after getting order and will be sent within short time so the consumers will be able to restore in their reusable box. It will ensure the quality and less waste production. As it will be online shop and the product will be packed by my team no one will be able to copy the packaging and sell in their shop by using our name illegally.

In Bangladesh it is really difficult to find the toiletries are real or not. Many renowned super store has been caught of keeping fake product. The real products can be also harmful and expensive. One product may give some benefits but can create other problems. Making natural product require time and different ingredients which are not available in a single place. So majority of people choose chemical products for easy solution. All the people who use the products are under risk of facing skin problem or other diseases for the toxic substances present in the products. There is no efficient procedure to recycle the plastic waste which are responsible for the blockage of drains and rivers. People do not care about it because they do not know about the threat of health and environment. Those who want to switch to natural products are not getting reliable and easy substitutes and source. As a result the consumers and environment are facing trouble.

I have found that the people who rely on chemical toiletries because this are easily available and they do not need to collect organic product and mix them. Though it saves their time and effort, they will use natural products if they are easy to buy and trustworthy. People need natural product but they do not getting a proper and complete solution which will ensure their needs. My idea will meet their demand of easy purchasing and real product. As it is a online shop people will be able to give review and judge the products it will motivate me to ensure the quality. They do not need to think about adding more trash to our nature because the packaging will be easy to degrade.

I want to make toiletries using natural goods like sandal, fuller's earth, essential oil, herbal herbs etc. with zero use of plastic. The product will be made without harmful preservative. The packaging will be based on paper, wood or glass. As the inputs are our native materials the production cost will be cheaper compare to other brands. I will divide the work among teams for collecting goods, packaging, marketing, online page management and delivery. There will be different team for each work. It will offer job opportunity for people who are selling products but not getting the platform to reach majority of consumers.

My solution will contribute in health, environment and economy. It will encourage people to use more organic and natural friendly product. As we will use organic goods the price will be less and our ancient process of skin care will be preserved and serve people.
