Solution Summary

WeRobotics wants to equip young people with skills for the 21st century. Through Pacific Flying Labs (PFL), WeRobotics does just that, giving disadvantaged youth robotics training in aerial and marine imagery, thereby developing the next generation of drone pilots.

First phase activities include teaching young people in Fiji how to use aerial and marine robotics responsibly and effectively for social impact, training on hardware and software solutions, showing them how to carry out humanitarian and environmental projects using these technologies, and evaluating how a learning journey is created in the training and how it might be turned into a formal STEM course.
