ChatBot awakens Youth's adaptability and peak performance

Our A.I. Bots are 24/7 personal trainers that can train millions of Youth worldwide to self-realize and overcome their psychological inertia, to awaken self-leadership, lifelong-learning mindset, and to develop grit and abilities to enter 'flow' and lead a stress-free life.

The current education systems haven't had a solution to help average Youths acquire necessary 21st Skills, especially the Character Qualities (WEF); 

The main obstacles are 'the Four Forces of Life Inertia' - lack of self-ownership,  false self-esteem, unmet psychological needs, and negative emotions. Inability to control these forces prevents Youth from realizing their self-responsibilities as they attribute their disadvantages, procrastination and failures to external factors, or even their own habits or DNA, thus has tendency to stay in comfort zone, to resist change and actions to achieve goals, be it lifelong learning or getting dream career.

Our EverestZen trainers at ProSelf successfully trained over 100 Vietnamese youths last year, with Socratic method of challenging the students about their perceptions, attitudes towards life and work at core-belief and gut-feeling levels; most would contradict themselves. The process of self-discovery and solving their contradictions helped them realize their self-ownership and self-responsibilities for every desire, decision, attitude, emotion and behavior. They learned to control and unite all the forces of life inertia towards their chosen path of life with 'flow' in daily activities. With our AI experts, we bring our effective, unique program online, easy-to-access to every Youth worldwide.

Our solution helps Youth possess the Character Qualities - the most important 21st Century skills and mindsets to excel in their chosen fields of study and work. As a result, they also lead a happy, proactive, stress-free life with mission of sharing and taking responsibility for those around them as for themselves; together create a worldwide community that shares the values of personal and global sustainable development.

For our Chatbot's pilot phase, we target the 12 million youths from 16-25 in Vietnam who are using smartphones. At growth phase from Year 3, we will target Youth from English-speaking countries worldwide.

Track MAU (Monthly Active Users) with analytics tools of Facebook Messengers (most popular in Vietnam) and from our own platform. - Active Members: 10,000 youths (Year 1) and 100,000 youths (Year 2) chat to our Chatbots for self-discovery and learning

Our current online test platform and tracking tools (Google Analytics, our analytic tool). - 60% active members pass the 1st phase of Everest-Zen program - our current online tests - when students realize self-ownership and self-responsibilities and have no contradiction on these matters.

They need to livestream or record their offline sessions for evidence (with EEG measures if possible) and finish the final online tests. We track and publish these recordings with our platform. - 40% active members pass the 2nd phase - offline tests where they demonstrate self-ownership and responsibilities over assigned tasks. 20% pass the final phase where they discover technique of enter 'flow' and peak performance in daily lives.

Our Chatbot solution implementing our unique, tested Everest-Zen program to train Youth to enter 'flow' state not in sports or their passionate activities, but in daily activities, chores, study, work, and unwanted circumstances; in this alert-but-calm, proactive, self-leading state, Youth performs their chosen tasks with grit, ease and responsibility. Unlike other chatbots, our self-built LIVA Core AI enables our solution with the capabilities for our Zen master to orientate and control the learning and performance of Chatbots which always stay on their mission – to be the guide and reflector of Youth on their lifelong self-learning journey.  

Our purpose is to help Youth solve their inner obstacles and procrastination so their mind becomes open and crystal-clear in critical thinking and decision making, and improve their learning and working skills, thus become more competent for the future workforce and also lead a happier life with conscience, love and without stress. Our method of human-centered education uses Socratic questioning with the fundamental philosophy that each person is their best teacher when they are connected to their inner wisdom without distortions. Learning with Chatbots, Youth feel respected, positive self-esteem, proactive and in control of their self-learning.

Our chatbots can be instantly accessed via our website and the popular messaging apps that current 49% of youth and young adults are using. With our lean and technological-advanced solution, every Youth can train 1-on-1 with the program anywhere, anytime at maximum $1 USD per month (or even free), and feel personally, wholeheartedly taken care of by the chatbot trainers. We are able to keep the low cost because our major investment is on technology R&D and Marketing, and we have the in-house digital growth-hacking experts and AI experts.

Our Founders’ team have seven members, including Zen Masters, technical experts in Software, System and A.I. and entrepreneurs/marketers. We all contribute from 50% to 100% of our efforts in developing the solution and our company in exchange for shares. We have strategic partners that support us for shares– ProSelf provides the Everest Zen program and input for our Chatbots, IMAS provides design and marketing services and local angel-investors providing us pre-seed funding and mentorship. We plan to seek sponsorships/grants, crowdfunding and join accelerator program during our pilot phase. Once our education model is proven on Chatbot platform, we will fundraise from VCs to scale globally in many languages. We plan to have revenue stream from active users at $12 USD/year/user. Our team all receive great benefits learning from the program and it's now our mission to share them to youths who need it.
