Dehmis Global Services
Providing farm based services that will help small holder farmers in rural agronomic communities in Nigeria to improve crop yields with more than 35% increases at reduced costs through efficient use of soil nutrient, access to quality farm inputs and link to market connection. Our approach is to harness digital solutions to improve farm productivity and minimizing farm wastages that will enable farmers to generate a permanent gain in farm income.
Over the years, many small holder farmers in Nigeria do not have access to soil testing services. Thus, majority of these farmers are not testing their soil at all but the few ones who are large scale farmers take their soil samples to a traditional wet chemical laboratory in urban centers to where takes approximately 4 weeks to get back the reports. However, this produces negative impacts and for small holder farmers is usually characterized by low productivity and low farm income. Dehmis Global Services realized that the need to harness technology to improve the capacity of the small holder farmers through testing of soil fertility, access to quality farm inputs and market connection is very crucial for food production in Nigeria.
At Dehmis Global Services, we tend to provide cutting edge digital solutions with the help of Agrocares diagnostic tools to perform soil analysis and soil testing results within an hour, use the report to advise farmers on which crops can grow healthily on the sampled soil and the appropriate inputs to use in order to deliver high value yields for farmers. We are supporting farmers not only explaining the recommendated farm inputs but also supplying them with a unique farm inputs delivery services that guarantee high quality, fair price and connecting them to the local market. Consequently, we are also promoting food value addition through supply chain management for certain crops in order to deal with price disruption and keep farmer's risk at a minimum.
We are providing farm based services to the small holder farmers in rural agronomic communities in Ogun state Nigeria. Our goal is to bring spatial technology to increase crop yields and profitability while ensuring appropriate use of farm inputs needed to grow crop for optimum productivity. Consequently, this will help us to put small holder farmers into a frontline force against unwise use of the farmland through adoption of improved land management practices which is key to improving productivity and protecting the environment.
- Support small-scale producers with access to inputs, capital, and knowledge to improve yields while sustaining productivity of land and seas
Poor agronomic practices pose challenges for agricultural production. We support smallholder farmers not only with the tools but also with the knowledge require to successfully manage their farm. We will explore Agrocares technology solutions to perform on the spot soil analysis and have instant results for perspective farmers and recommend which crops can grow healthily on the sampled soil and appropriate inputs use. To address the challenges of food wastages, we promote supply chain practices through user-specific crop in order to increase productivity and profitability
