The establishment of business structures (supermarket, medical centers and bookshop) to help the community youth and adults to startup business and be independent in the society which serves as an avenue for job creation that will help the community to reach to it standard.in addition, establishment of schools in the community for children, youth and adults in rural areas will help eradicate a degree of illiteracy which will make good citizens and not terrorism in the society.moreso,it also aid ideas to work,talent and skills development to bring out the best in humanity for societal growth and development.also, ingaging in training citizens in different levels of computing for self-dependability and growth.

My solution is centered on human resources management and development services,where we apply Computing devices to facilitate our services in technology.
