Tecnogueto aims to develop a platform for teaching technology, soft skills, and English, aimed at training web developers, for people from the outskirts and social ghettos. Tecnogueto offers technical knowledge and soft skills training, showing new perspectives of technological professions, also offering resources for recruitment with less than unconscious bias, consequently promoting innovation, with greater diversity of gender, race/ethnicity, LGBTQ+ and cultural in the workplace.
The potential impact of the project is to target a platform for the population on the outskirts, as it presents quality content for the most vulnerable population and that most suffers from social and educational inequality in Brazil, after high unemployment rates.
