Funding and mentor-ship is a challenge in our country, there are people who dream of becoming entrepreneurs and create good working environment for others but these two factors are a major hindrance.Therefore having a fund for those with unique ideas  will play a major role in developing their ideas,lives and the country as whole as well as play a role to economic growth. Mentor-ship will help in making them become better leaders in their businesses. This will change the lives of many as there will be economic growth thus the betterment of peoples livelihoods this will also make an impact on the global scale as they will be globally trading as well especially the agricultural sectors (export).

The situation in our country see 8.13% of the 62% youth not doing anything but are very innovative and business minded determine the future as if development starts in 2020 within the next 5 years we will be at a different level locally as well as globally. About 655 278 youth are affected by this problem they could be more people because many are employed as a means of survival but are not passionate about. In bringing funding to people and mentor-ship programs a lot of people will realize their passion and excel in those fields. Operating on an open door policy we will get to identify good potential businesses and unlock good leadership qualities as a lot of these young people are turned down as there are a lot of conditions that hinder them from getting investment from banks, and business loaners. I am an example as i once approached a bank and was told they needed me to have a part of the money required for a start-up. where would one get a quarter of 10000 to start a business if that person is unemployed or working for a salary. It is time to bring solutions to such.

The solution is investing in potential entrepreneurs innovative ideas as well as giving mentor-ship. If I can secure funding and get mentor-ship skills i can be able to impart such knowledge to others and the chain will go on. Open door policy to those with business ideas with profitable potential.

The young generation are the ones to get this help . The solution is Funding, mentor ship and identification of potential multi-billion ideas that are not known to the world. I am in their situation thus i take everything as if i am voicing for the voiceless. They will be able to do their businesses and develop them as they grow.

This is a group of people who have encountered challenges in the business world. its time to bring a solution and solve the problems accordingly. Funding will bring hope to the young generation there is a need for this as well as mentorship.
