Prevention and disease outbreaks warning become more and more important. We live in the world where flu/coronavirus outbreaks shut down cities and countries and drastically affect the worldwide economic situation. 

o   [Need] Constructive individual and collective public response during major disease outbreaks (such as pandemics) and health emergencies is highly dependent on trust and confidence in the broader health establishment. 

o   [Problems] In our current situation, a critical problem that needs a solution is that trust and confidence is being eroded by lack of unifying leadership on national/global response; significant misinformation being spread on social channels; politically based peer pressure; isolation driven barriers to health care professionals and primary/specialty care and a perceived inability to contribute to the solution.

o   [Outcome] When lacking, confusion, fear and panic influence public and patient engagement.  When skepticism arises about true susceptibility and severity of the disease there is a decreasing likelihood that desired health behaviors will occur and an increasing likelihood that health conspiracy theories further erode trust and confidence.

Our solution offers an all-in-one tool to manage one’s health at any time and any place via a mobile app for population and web portals for health specialists, organizations and families. The mobile app serves as an informational portal, helps users to deal with small health issues, manage warnings from health organizations with recommended actions, keep track of population health conditions and track different parameters to analyze next steps needed. The web portals allow health organizations and specialists to create health goals for general or private usage, monitor population adherence to treatment plans, have a real-time data on population conditions and adjust treatment plans on the go. Future features of the platform will include APIs for non-invasive diagnostic and conditions trackers, doctors alerts, AI for personalized health data analytics, and a more enhanced digital therapeutics platform.

Our solution serves a population affected by a wide-spreading disease that needs information on prevention, tracking and management of the threat. Healthcare organizations would have a one-stop platform to inform population, calm people's anxiety, provide them with information about exact steps on prevention, tracking possible cases of the disease, providing remote treatment supervision etc. The mobile application for population that is easy to download, use and access all necessary communications with doctors and health organizations.  Health organizations and doctors get a web access to assigned population groups, with the ability to provide general or personalized recommendations, get alerts on sever cases, have sickness journals from patients and be able to adjust treatments regimes remotely, if needed. 

Uncertainty, confusion, and lack of access decrease the likelihood that the desired health behaviors will occur and increase the probability of panic.  These effects will work against the public health interest and leave individuals feeling a loss of control over their own health outcomes.  During times of major health crisis, it is vital to have solutions that contribute to maintain trust and credibility.  HealthCraft solves this problem by offering a technology to inform, help prevent, track and manage any disease with direct access to population via a user-friendly mobile app. For population the app becomes 'a personal helper' that cares.

HealthCraft can provide real-time information created by high quality professionals about any disease that is relevant at the moment of an outbreak directly to people's phones when they need it the most. The platform is module-based and can be adjusted to fit specific purposes within weeks. HealthCraft can allow to connect to any devices that might be needed to track health biomarkers. Non-invasive diagnostic modules can be implemented to serve remote communities that may have lack of direct healthcare access. It's neither limited to a disease, nor a location. The web access allows healthcare specialists, doctors and family members to track health conditions, get AI-driven analytics and research patients data in real-time to provide the best care and support. 

There are many solution that tackle a specific disease and might not be applicable to current or future threats or implemented within weeks. Covid-19 solutions took months to develop, while HealthCraft was published in January when Covid-19 was not yet a pandemic. However, Apple store requested to take the information off the store, even though it used WHO information and tracking capabilities. 

Probiovita has created a module-based platform that enables to develop web and mobile solutions for solving worldwide health challenges at a scalable level. The platform allows collection of real-time data from patients/participants, fast AI analytics with insights, and better doctor/patient engagement worldwide. Our solutions save time, resources and improve data quality. Advanced technologies, expertise and AI allow to in-build different modules into one efficient solution to address, research and resolve a health challenge. Our platform brings prevention and research solutions to a real-time speed, analyzes important factors, can find abnormalities and, in some cases, help to develop non-invasive diagnostics.

The theory of change is connectivity, coordination, and community to increase patient/public engagement and motivate positive health behaviors that improve individual outcomes and support the greater good. HealthCraft functions allow to inform population, provide prevention recommendations, track current health biomarkers and create analysis. Thus, healthcare organizations can keep control of a health challenge, doctors can follow population health remotely and in real-time, receive alerts and forward most attention to people in need.  This can result in a proper control of outbreaks (local or global), help support the most vulnerable population and provide timely recommendations right away. In the long-term, all data collected via the platform can be analyzed using AI to learn and research  diseases almost from day one, make predictions for next outbreaks and managing population health remotely. 

By having necessary information, professional advice, reminders, explanations of possible side effects and other means of support available via HealthCraft app, population would feel that their health is under control, that health organizations know their needs, care about their well-being and can be trusted with their knowledge because they have person's data at hand. 

Right now we are testing our solution with about 100 people. We plan to market our solution to 40000 people this year. We plan to serve over 20 mln people within 5 years.

HealthCraft is able to help not only during next 2-3 years with covid-19, but further on with any epidemic or pandemic. Moreover, the platform can provide general healthcare suggestions for each territory based on relevance, such as managing chronic conditions, warn about flu or any other disease spreading, help improve population immunity via health goals, etc. We plan to partner with developers of healthcare devices, telemedicine and others to provide a full-cycle of remote healthcare solutions. Our mission is to enable health specialists and researchers to help millions of people faster and effectively through our advanced technology.

We are looking to partner with local and global healthcare organizations to scale our business faster and develop it further from our revenue streams. We might have some cashflow issues if we scale too fast or too slowly. We also need to ensure the privacy and security of the health data. We will face competition, but we have a plan for future updates to keep our solution at the top.

We have a detailed plan on scaling that includes cashflow estimates, with all the requirements. We also plan to keep in contact with a couple of possible investors in case in case of an exponential growth. 

As about the security and privacy, we are establishing connections with best specialists in IT security from Israel that are interested in helping us with the necessary measures. In the future, we plan to use blockchain for even higher level of security.

Our team has been working together for over 2 years. We have highly-qualified professionals with decades of experience in IT development, healthcare solutions for hospitals and AI. Moreover, the team has personal interest in making this world a healthier place and making a mark in healthcare. 

At this point we are in negotiations about a partnership with a Canadian private company that is developing different healthcare solutions which can benefit from our platform. However, we can not provide any details as of now.

Our business model for private and public health organizations includes:

- Licensing fee per country per disease

- Subscription fee per user

- Access to researchers/clinical trials/optimizing regime treatments

We plan to have a combination of different options, including raising investment capital for a faster growth, if needed.
