TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM
The system supports automated measurements of the patient's vital signals via FDA approved bluetooth medical sensors. These measurements are automated via a Bluetooth secure protocol in the software application on the tablet and the measurement data is automatically replicated over the cloud to the corresponding application of the physician, hospital or Medical Call Center remotely (application or web), in a secure authorized way. This way the health system can remotely monitor the patient's vital 24/7 signs and receive real-time remote alerts so that they can make the right decisions.

Moreover secure instant videoconferencing is available through the same software /app so that a physician can talk to the patient directly and vice versa. Moreover the interface is user friendly and the offering can be completely consumerized for the everyday patient , while big data can be invaluable for pharmaceutical companies, health care system, insurance companies for optimization of their offerings. The solution is 100% secure , GDPR compliant and it can be installed in private cloud as well as public cloud.
The solution is based on Hardware and software . We provide CE approved and FDA approved tested hardware with our software engine.
The software is based on open architecture , cloud based and we offer it as part of our kit BIOLAB 360 solution. The testing of devices via open bluetooth protocols is carried out by our developers team. There are foul cloud licenses ( all devices ) for Android tablet for patients, special licenses for doctors ( android or web ) and we can customize the solution appropriately : For example for the case of COVID-19 we tailor our kit with thermometer, oxymeter, spirometer devices only. Currently we have deployed the solution to several medical institutions and professionals. In five years we expect to reach thousands of patients and hundreds of professionals , institutions,call centers.
Within the next year we aspire to expand abroad and achieve thousands of BIOLAB 360 kit sales and installations of cloud solution to several dozens of institutions. Within five years we aspire to be a 10M$ company per year.
We need initial funding for our kit production line and one- two major contracts for big institutions to boost our business asap .
In the next five years we need to create a channel of partners abroad to distribute our solution.
Currently we participate in several tenders for remote health care . We aspire to win few of these to overcome the initial funding needed.

- BTC ( Business to Consumer ) : We can sell our product kits to consumers via retail ,e-tail partnerships and in this case we can provide the services 24x7 under a Medical Call center partnership integration . In this case the client buys the kit, cloud services as well as with medical services contract for a year. We can of course expand this model abroad.
- Enterprise : We can sell the kits to an organization for its customers ( eg Health Care Systems, Hospitals, Cliniques, insurance companies ) where we can integrate with their Medical call centers and even install the solution to private cloud. In this case we just sell our kit with cloud services for a year.
- Pharmaceutical : We can provide completely anonymous sensor big data studies to pharmaceutical companies in order to improve their production lines .

We are a private company and raised all the capital ourselves. We are three stakeholders each owning 33.333% . We have not applied so far for any loan or grant .
