YLab is a multi-pronged approach to solving the problem of youth unemployment and future of work. Our solution is a decentralised platform cooperative which gives young people the ownership of their own learning, by connecting them globally to learn with and from each other using a peer-2-peer learning model, and ownership of their own work to change the current systems. 

It is innovative, because it is a decentralised organisation, run by young people for young people including learning and consulting, with the systems change work at its core.

Our next step is to spin it out of FYA, and implement a platform cooperative model run on blockchain.

Since 2016, we've developed an e-learning platform + used external cloud providers for online learning, skills development and consulting work. 

However, still do physical training and have a traditional governance model led by FYA. 

After developing our e-learning & consulting product, we've rigorously tested with associates and clients to validate.

Also validated business model, develop brand and set up pipeline of associates + work

After developing an exceptional experience, our aim is to scale it using technology.

We’re already profitable in less than 2 years, and with network effects and power of young people globally, we aim to be sustainable using innovation and anti-fragile revenue growth.
