What specific problem are you solving?

Across Latin America, millions of households face chronic over-indebtedness, limited financial literacy, and exclusion from formal credit systems. Existing solutions are fragmented, punitive, or opaque, leaving people trapped in debt cycles without trusted information, practical tools, or realistic pathways to resolve debt and regain sustainable access to credit.

What is your solution?

Destácame is a digital financial inclusion platform that helps over-indebted individuals resolve past-due debt and regain access to the formal financial system through a clear, integrated pathway from debt to credit. We provide millions of users with free access to their credit reports, personalized information about their financial situation, and digital tools that promote healthier financial habits. Through partnerships with 40+ financial institutions, Destácame connects users to solutions such as debt renegotiation, payment plans, and responsible settlement options, shifting debt recovery from a punitive process to a transparent and empowering one. Beyond debt resolution, Destácame has built a rebanking pathway through products like PRO+, designed for people who exit delinquency but remain excluded from traditional credit markets. PRO+ enables users to rebuild credit history through small, responsible credit access. By combining education, technology, data, and institutional partnerships, Destácame transforms financial distress into an opportunity for long-term inclusion, and economic mobility.

Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

Destácame serves individuals and families affected by over-indebtedness and financial exclusion in Latin America, where more than 70% of households face delinquency, excessive debt, or financial fragility. In Chile and Mexico alone, millions of people are excluded from formal credit markets despite having income and willingness to repay. Our solution impacts their lives by giving free access to credit reports and clear, actionable information—reaching over 2.7 million people in Chile and 4.6 million in Mexico to date. Destácame combines financial education, habit-building tools, and digital pathways to help users understand their situation and resolve debt through transparent options offered in partnership with 40+ financial institutions. For users who exit delinquency but remain excluded, Destácame enables financial reintegration through responsible, entry-level credit. Tens of thousand of people have used this pathway to begin rebuilding credit history, restoring access to financial services and improving long-term economic stability for themselves and their families.
