I am tackling the problem of building a team of people sharing the same vision and motivation as the co founder for building an early stage startup.

A social networking site where people can select other people based on their profile or view an ongoing startup that interests them.

It will provide an awarenes among people about entrepreneurship and solving problem. They can generate employment for others. This will eliminate the problem of searching for the right team and can save a lot of time.

Bigbild is a social networking site which provides connectivity among people who wants to work on a intellectually mutual project for solving problems, advocating a cause etc.

It will provide an awarenes among people about entrepreneurship and solving problem. They can generate employment for others. This will eliminate the problem of searching for the right team and can save a lot of time.

Whether it's tackling water shortage, pollution or standing up for civil rights, whatever work that requires collaboration between people is suited by my project.

Platform is for the change makers who want to create or develop something impactful that may affect the life of millions.

I wanted to be an entrepreneur and while attending entrepreneurship development program during my junior year it hit me that the most preliminary part of building something is a good team but there is no source available that can provide for it. People are limited by their social circle whereas introverts may totally fail even though they may have great ideas because they have a limited social circle and less confidence to talk to strangers.

Hence I created bigbild.

Because it provides connectivity to masses sharing common vision and willingness to build something doesn't matter from where they are, how old they are or what they do.

Being a aspiring entrepreneur having the technical expertise and of course a limited social circle, it was a problem faced by me.

 And if you can't face a problem you can't solve it. But since I faced the problem and developed the solution for not just me but for others too, hence I am well-positioned to deliver the project.

Well it required a lot of coding , debugging, planning and testing. 

First of all I analyzed my social circle for the motivated candidate who can help me with the project but there was none. So after weighing the pros and cons I started with the project on my own one step at a time.

For facing an adverse situation I always go with careful planning, analyzing every possible option and of course a prominent attribute hard work.

During my 7th semester, while working on my minor project I was the one who bought the team mates into a common place headed the brain storming session, distributed work and crediting everyone for the work they did and helping out others when they got stuck with their tasks.
