problem: Failure occurred during the waste collection and segregation of local and graded plastic consumables(includes bottles,handcraft,cosmetics etc) through a conventional the waste bin and problem faced during the Segregation of wastes using different colored dumping units. 

solution: semi autonomous waste collection and partitioning by sensing the durability or quality(for plastic measuring the thickness using laser track) of plastic consumables.

Faster material collection (in  the case of PET bottle clean bottles  will favor segregation than dirt one). Dumping of clean plastic bottles provide 20% cash back for normal brand  and 30% for PEPSI COCO bottles.

This technology first focusing towards reducing plastic consumable generated in daily life of people in the society. Smart bin unit detect the validity and duration of consumable when it will put inside the bin. Segregation is done based on these criteria  using a sensor (deigned by our risk).using the sensor voltage reading we can segregate them as long time use(recyclable) and short time use(not recyclable) plastic.

here i use technology to develop a sustainable future .In the pioneer stage i use a technology that distinguish, used plastic bottles into either normal brand or PEPSI COCO category. For this identification require a new sensor known as grade sensor . which sense the plastic bottles to promote segregation.

the technology reach customers  through the website. The website can identify the location of the dumping unit and cash back procedure can be made by linking the account number of the customers in the website.

Surveying 

1. Production of Smart bins in two different ways one for collection and other for segregation
2. Collecting unit collect plastic waste and updating the counting via a website
3. Smart segregation unit perform faster segregation of plastic consumables.
   each unit can segregate 50 Kg of plastic bottles at a hour.Segregation system produces revenue 
4. Cost for each hour is paid by 30$ which is our revenue (  30*12h=360 $ , one day profit)

This problem will affect our sustainability,and the conventional dumping unit on house holds results greater transportation cost and energy loss, the mixing of the plastic wastes require extra unit for recycle , space utilization.

Using my solution plastic waste items can be segregated (major priority for plastic bottles) with low power and collect clean items(after use). The dumping unit is placed on the public places and status updating is done every  hour.

technological barrier : it consists of problems faced while developing and implementing technology, absence of advance research laboratory to check Near infrared spectroscopy.

Physical barrier : These are the barrier faced during implementation it include environmental barriers

These barriers can be overcome after creating a suitable platform for the development of the product or support from the government.
