1. It's an online structured program designed for universities as a co curricular activity to help students build a future proof career path to achieve time, place & financial freedom in life. 

2. Participants are exposed to the following 4 career paths to cope with the forthcoming challenge of AI & automation in job market.

   1. Marketable Skills Building - learn a faster and cheaper way to deliver wide range of startup to scale up services through a structured R&D based process under supervision of relevant domain experts. This path enables the participants improve their competitiveness in the job market
   2. Technopreneurs as independent service providers - here participants decompose, systemize and delegate the skills they learn in Path 1 above by adding 'recipes' to an online platform to optimize their billable hours. Teaming up and collaboration through an structured online service delivery  system to help achieve many folds more than as a solo freelancer.
   3. The program drives the participants through an R&D based process to build users communities for an identified opportunity, solutions in close consultation with the users communities and enterprise ecosystem by collaborating with all value chain members to deliver solutions to the masses.
   4. While creating solutions and enterprises in Path 2 and 3 above, the participants are given opportunities to capitalize their services in the startups as co-founders. This turns their services into a long term asset generating a passive income stream for them and possibly for their next generations.

It's a cloud based online program with embedded time saving tools and has been designed to continuously add automation incl. AI to stay ahead of the game in the market. 

It's also going to have a blockchain based payment system through a borderless, inflation proof crypto currency (WIP).

Currently the program is being tested on batches of students during their internship. 

The next milestone is to roll it out in a university as a co curricular activity and expand it to other universities world wide

There are currently over 200 million universities students and a huge number of new students is added every year. Even if less than 5% of the students worldwide create startup through the program and assuming each startup can create 10 jobs on an average, it can eliminate the global poverty in the next few years. 

After piloting, the solution is going to introduced to universities students through the universities innovation & entrepreneurial clubs as a co curricular activity without any joining fee.

Most solutions and startups produced through the program are going to be offered to the pre-identified users community. Prototypes will proof of concepts are going to sold online to potential buyers/VC's.

Each startup has it's own go-to-market plan depending on their product and target user community.

Sales proceeds are shared among the co-creators equitably based on standard sharing formula.

There are 100 or so students who have participated in the testing of the program roughly in a batch of 20 each. The results are very encouraging and we are continuously improving the program. In the next couple of months we should be ready to roll it out as a co curricular activity in one of the university. 

In next 12 months, the participants should be in 100s of thousands and in the next 3 years in millions. Our market is 200 millions students to which 1/4th are added annually. We do not have any direct competitor yet.

Startup to scale up services, solutions (prototype products) and startup enterprises are our product that comes out of our program. We sell them online.
