Our pitch:
With a country of 1.2Bn in population (67% situated in rural areas) and projected to 1.6Bn by 2030 and a background in service industry, along with 45k colleges (60% located in remote areas), jobs are the only bread winner.
Because of geographic constraints, Corporates / SMEs are not able to reach to budding talent from Tier 2, 3 & 4 (considering the Cost & Time).
InterviewAir has developed a web based asynchronous video profiling technology, which assists Corporates for Talent Acquisition in India, making sure that job seekers from remote areas (Tier 2/3&4) get an opportunity for employment. The product works as an ecosystem for hiring which interfaces between Job Seekers, Colleges, Vocational Institutions and Corporates, and it brings together the Candidates looking for jobs to the Corporates without being physically present for the multiple rounds of job interviews.
The platform also provides AI driven interview feedback to improve candidate's interpersonal skills, increasing their chance of employability.

VRRSP Technologies Pvt Ltd (parent company of InterviewAir) was established in Sept 2015 by married couple co-founders, HQ at Mumbai, India. The operations are taken care by 14 tech members (all computer science engineers from top Mumbai colleges) along with 5 non-tech staff. The operations are managed from HQ with sales team deployed in 3 states of India. The operations are limited to the domestic market, with a plan to expand internationally in next 4 to 5 years.

The skills our solution team has that will enable us to attract the different resources needed to succeed and make an impact:
Both the co-founders have over 30+ years of experience in business. The team is also mentored by some of the industries finest corporate honchoes, making the market penetration easier. Because of top level higher education and international work & study exposure, the co-founders are very comfortable with digital economy. While hunting for a new job, because of the change in immigration policy in United Kingdom, the couple faced similar challenges which compelled them to come up with a solution i.e. InterviewAir.

The key barriers for our solution:
Allocating ESOPS, periodical salary reviews & appraisals, and providing technological trainings will minimize the risk of internal attrition. Filling process driven IPRs, competition awareness, technological changes, positioning the company in influencing government policies, will assist the company to move significantly forward. By having a process driven organization with right set of team members, with great culture, will have a higher success rate.
