In higher education, the fact that $1.5 trillion of student debt exists means the price of a college education is no equal in cost and value; its overpriced. And with the nature of work changing toward a gig economy, the work/education relationship needs to be reimagined.

MBI Model is about crowdsourcing a form of free, effective, engaging, higher education. SELF-employment is the best type of employment so this new model begins with entrepreneurship at its core and expands from there. 

The MBI Model is designed to scale. A small team can be created with as few as 3 people anywhere in the world and virtually. They can start and meet just about anywhere a small team can gather and meet. All participants will start with or start a business

College doesn't fit for everyone and certain fields of study don't require the university accreditation. A lot of people would like to be self-employed doing somethinging they can be more passionate about. The problem is that the infrastructure to be able to guide people to their own self-employment is not in place.

 The MBI Model is designed to scale. There is nothing physical to it, its just a set of insructions. Similar to free phone app game, that at their core is just a set of instructions. There is a business model built into those free-to-play games and they can make millions a month and scale instantly.

The average person will change careers 5-7 times during their working life according to career change statistics. With an ever increasing number of career choices, 30% of the workforce will now change careers or jobs every 12 months.

The university system which has been regarded as the gatekeeper to a better career/living, has in recent decades begun acting like capitalists than educators. Technological changes is changing the nature of work; laborious jobs are requiring fewer and fewer human work.

The best type of employment to train people for is self-employment in something they're passionate about. What we can do is crowdsource the next generation of higher education with this in mind. There are certain fields of study that do not require accreditation to be implemented; entrepreneurship and foreign language for starters.

Its an oversimplification but the objective is crowdsourcing a system based on these small teams of 3 or 5 people. These small teams direct their own education based on the performance of their ventures.
