Following the Covid 19 outbreak and its effects on global lives and economic activities, there have been major concerns how the world embraces the post covid 19 era as a new economic structure emerges, introducing to the world a Digital economy era with its associated challenges.This proposed Digital economic solution engine is a central mechanism(Panel) that would serve as a digital economy architecture to enable people and businesses access into the digital economy, manage and coordinate the volume of digital economic activities as the increasing access of both people and businesses into the digital economy comes with new and complex challenges. The essence of our solution is to support people and businesses align with the paradigm shift into the digital economy era;creating digital employment,digital medium of exchange and coordinating business activities/building business relationships that will enhance income and business growth, increase productivity and economic welfare.

We are trying to solve the problem of disconnection and emergence of a new digital economy structure(Caused by the Covid19 outbreak/effects). We are looking at reconnecting people and businesses into the digital economy era and also managing and coordinating digital economic activities in a more safe and effective manner.
Since the covid19 outbreak and stringent measures(such as lock-downs and social distancing) adopted by governments of countries around the World to contain its effects, many individuals and businesses precovid 19 era have been disconnected and left struggling to move forward in the post covid19 era as a new digital economic structure emerges with its associated problems. More than 60% of world working populace and businesses are affected as the effects of the outbreak hits on both lives and economic activities. The lock down and social distancing measures are making it difficult for people and businesses to return to normal way of doing things and such has propelled both to find alternative ways to survive amidst challenge hence the increasing intrusion into the digital economy space.

We are trying to solve the associated problems of a digital economy on both people and businesses; access, coordination and management.

Our Digital economic solution engine is simply an electro-economic designed road map showing in clear terms interwoven processes to build, assemble coordinate and manage a Digital economy and its associated problems. It provides a digital assembly unit for both people and businesses to mount and start operating, it coordinates and manages these digital activities in a manner thus calculated to enhance the entire digital economic environment and reduce effects.

However, our solution uses various but interrelating processes to scale through its functionality known as the rebuilding process of Construction(laying the electro-economic architecture), interconnecting, arrangement, alignment, observation, communication, management and feed back looping. This entire process is known as "piloting the ship of state"

We are to use advance technology on Expert/artificial intelligence system,GIS, MIS, GPRS and other high tech products/services.

Our  solution serves the following target audience; The government, organisations, institutions, firms, sme's, msme's, groups and individuals(unemployed, talents, skills, unskilled, etc). All target audience are directly or indirectly affected by this paradigm shift in the Global economic environment into a digital economy era following the outbreak of the on going Covid 19 and its effects. Challenges ranging from collapsing national economies, poor economic conditions affecting organisations, institutions firms businesses and the people; low revenue, low income/wages, unemployment, low GDP etc. Our solution supports its target audience to understand the change into the Digital economic structure it is operating within and best method to effectively navigate through its associated challenges poised going forward.

We understand the needs of our target audience as we have long in the past 14 years studied and researched into the future path of the Global economy environment which they operate, identified through rigorous insights and fore sights the "glitch" in 2019/2020 caused by uncertainty(Covid19) and its effects on the people and businesses(The entire economy) and hence understood early enough the pattern the global economy will take on businesses and the people beyond 2020. This is what fueled the discovery of Our Solution method. We discovered that it is going to be a pattern of disconnected economic structure that will give birth to a more complicated digital economy the world wasn't prepared for.

We want to assemble all the players of a precovid 19 economic structure into a post covid 19 economic structure which is characterized by disconnections by enabling more access of people and businesses into the digital economy space, assigning location points, coordinating and managing digital aggregate activities to the benefit of all. Proffer best service support, solution insights/foresight to governments, institutions, organisations, firms,etc, through one of our solution features, the 360 degree digital solution platform that engages all players of the economy towards forming both vertical/horizontal relationships, alliance, partnerships etc which would under a systematic configuration process align with the newly emerging digital economy structure that requires more of interconnections to grow expand and be sustainable.

The problem, solution and target audience are all tied around the major shift in the Global economy into a digital economy era caused by the Covid 19 outbreak and its effects. The target audience needs to "know"--having knowledge of what the problem is and how to navigate through this problem hence the reason for the Challenge alignment;equip everyone with cultural relevant digital skills to enable participation in the newly emerging digital economy hence our solution to apply a Digital economic solution engine where access coordination and management of people/business activity in the digital economy is key.

The stage of development(Prototype) i selected is justified, as after concluding our solution's incubation stage 2007 - 2017, we tested the first framework concept of the Digital economic solution engine at the Ministry of Budget and National Planning, Nigeria and this part was including in the Federal Government's Economic Recovery and Growth Plan(2017 - 2020)as our contribution and commitment to the economic development of the Country. We are also practically testing one of the features of our solution the 360 degree digital business platform, assembling service providers and client request.

We are at the second stage of collaborating with partners(Financial and technical) to develop the Digital economic engine architecture which entails connecting more people and businesses to participate in the digital economic activities.

The main reason for our solution approach is given the reoccurring crisis on the entire economy due to uncertainties versus old and existing economics theory and practice, economic solution methods. It is very glaring that in the face of sudden economic crisis these economic models or methods are left behind given certain instances like the great recessions and the great lock down effect caused by Covid19.

To us there have always been a passion to chart a new course, discovering alternative ways and best practices to address majority of societies socio-economic challenges.

Covid 19 outbreak has virtually given birth to a more complex digital economy the world was not prepared for with its associated problems hence the need for a digital economic solution method. Our solution is the way forward among other old solution methods, as it directly represents the current emerging dynamic digital economy structure. Our solution is designed electro-economically to configure a transiting weaker resource based economy heading into a fully digital based economy characterized with multiple disconnections. The job of our solution is first to assign a common base formula, digital assembly of key economic components, digital coordination and mgt(Re-connection) Our solution practices will enable broader positive impact from others in this space such as institutions whose mandate is tied around managing economies and businesses. It will help these institutions have a clear understanding of the form and functional pattern of an emerging digital economic environment and best practices to adopt in managing its associated problems.

Currently we are serving 10 people/businesses under the 360 degree digital business platform test running. In one year time we intend to serve 100 people/businesses. In five years time we project to serve over 1,000,000 people/businesses. As we get the right support we intend to serve more people and businesses using our Digital economic solution engine services. Our aim is to get everyone on our digital platform to enjoy the benefits associated with a digital coordinated people/business relationships as our core is to equip with the relevant knowledge, care and coordinate relationships so formed to address complex related problems faced by the clients we serve in a changing economic environment. As participation in the digital economy increases,this will also increase flow of funds into the digital economy thereby leading to expansion of the digital economy.

Given our solution and what passion drives our "boat" we are bent on finding best ways to impact millions of lives around the world. We understand that a healthy economy makes life a bit easier for its citizens and therefore we decide to support an improved economy that will guarantee an improved economic well being of the people and businesses. The important aspect of our team is our dedication commitment and selflessness towards the actualization of our vision/goal since 2007. Our team is made up of highly skilled professionals within these field of studies, Economics, Engineering, Project management, ICT, Electro-economics/World system dynamics, Statistics. Going through our teams skills we are opportune d to have the following relevant skills; Economic interpretation/ananlysis, electro-economics insight and foresights, Electro-economic engine design and development, knowledge mapping and eliciting,esystem rubbics, digital subsystem generation, Artificial/expert system design and mapping, World map degree readings, time/e-sequence readings etc. Our teams experience at the Ministry of Budget and National Planning from 2016 - 2020 during our exposure and communication process and the inclusion of our solution concept(Theory) in its Economic Recovery and Growth Plan documents shows that we indeed have a formidable team characterized with patience, dedication, passion, commitment, excellence and ability to work as a team towards delivering our solutions. Our experience so far has made us understand that dealing with people is the most hardest job and requires a lot of patience and consistency. Our experience also made us understand that to satisfy the clients we serve we need these key attributes; Focus, hard work, consistency, dedication, commitment and ability to timely adjust to the most slightest possible change.My team is one i always love working with because we are transparent to one another and i welcome with high regards any idea input and agenda set by team members. This has helped me learn and grow on this journey.   

Based on the general scope of our solution method and its impact goals and objectives it is all encompassing in building a diverse equitable and inclusive leadership team following the entire work structure of our solution methods. We are deploying 'piloting the ship of state' approach which involves observation communication and management of the entire working structure. Our leadership team would be made up of the following;

. The R4's - This is made up of indigenous national experts in every country we are deploying our solutions. A network of these diverse experts forms the knowledge engineering base.

. Coordinators/Agents: This is made up of selected institutions, organizations, firms pulled across different countries/sectors,industries to document coordinate, align, propagate and replicate on a broader range, activities of our solution approach.

. Digital Economic Engine Assembly: This is made of Country representatives who supervise the overall activities of the engine deployment, issuance of certificate of membership and engine plug-in codes.

. Unity of purpose: we understand that with a sound and clear unity of purpose we would easily achieve the embedded values of diversity equity and inclusion. We intend to achieve this by carrying out time to time effective sensitization and awareness program for all our leadership team. We would also include this as an important agenda in our frequent leadership team meetings/conferences.

N/B: This working structure is equitably designed to accommodate every leadership team a fair and just opportunity as our collective efforts gear towards same goal impact. 

Given our research journey of 14 years, i would be most honest to say what i learnt so far is the" power of team work" engineers success... and having said that, i deem it of essence to apply to Solve and also be part of its vision to support tech based innovations as they grow and scale. I believe being part of Solve activities/programs will give me the opportunity to engage with the right team to advance the course of our Digital economic solution project as our current barriers(Financial linkage, technical(experts), legal, business model structure/market alignment, PR, technology etc) will be looked into strategically and holistically by a more capable and experienced team of experts.

However applying to Solve and being part of its programs/activities will also give me the opportunity to interact with other great minds, contribute new ideas and also learn from team members on new ways to help society solve complex challenges arising from dynamic changes and uncertainties. I also am applying to Solve to bring an opportunity to the table we could both collaborate to do the achievable(Grow and scale our project) and benefit mutually on its success front.

We understand the scope of our solution and we are determined to succeed. In all areas and angles we need the best hands to reach our goals staying focused and committed on our path to success. The above listed are compendium of barriers faced by our solution and we are determined to get through achieving success in this one.

We would need strategic collaboration on these fronts but the good news is that the project so far has made visible all the contours that needs to be filled...The action is to spread the entire solution frame across these fronts of partners while undergoing a team work process with the lead expert that will drive the entire frame of this project through other experts. The team work process will appear thus; the lead expert communicating the entire project frame to other team members ranging from the qualified talent/selected experts to make up the knowledge engineering base, Structuring the global economic engine panel to fit the current digital economy service space, and full scale development of our digital economic engine panel, sourcing available financial opportunities, Software/hardware development, measuring performance and impact, creating awareness and publicity/public relations, service-product distribution. This is all encompassing and hence the need for best hands on a team work to make this goal achievable.

We would like to partner with organizations whose mandate is to support the coordination and management of economies, institutions that coordinate and proffer technical research and development support to addressing core socio-economic challenges, e.g Financial institutions, tech firms, knowledge team(group) -MIT faculty, Solve Members and the likes. We would also like to partner with google, Microsoft and other tech giants in ICT etc. These Tech giants will help advance our solution using their recent technology on the digital horizon. Just like after designing our service-product to fit the market we further dump it on a simple but dynamic e-technology structure to fit the newly emerging digital economy that is characterized by disconnections. This will enable our solution to scale the hurdles of reconnecting a disconnected digital economic structure. Supporting to enhance business/economic relationships and activities in the digital economic environment.  

We are qualified for this price as our solution approach entails building a global digital economic engine panel that would allow access of more people and businesses, coordinate and manage increased digital activities running in the digital economy arena. Our approach requires an assembly, interconnection and coordination process which encourages digital equity, inclusiveness, digital skills/literacy and various economic opportunities like we earlier stated.

However, our team will start building the digital economic engine panel by phases and integrating disconnected people and businesses on its platform to drive the base of our Digital economic engine to function effectively under our electro-economic formula, followed by digital coordination and management of digital aggregate economic/business activities.  

We are qualified for this prize as it reflects part of our Digital economic solution engine components to run an artificial/expert system process towards coupling our engine to function effectively to enhance the health of economies and improve economic well being of the people.Our solution approach entails using artificial/expert system(which involves the integration of expert knowledge cum computer based system) to address most of society's socio-economic problems in the wake of gravest economic disorder.

Our team will use this price money to advance our solution by establishing digital skills acquisition units, employing the unemployed to merge expert knowledge with artificial intelligence interface...creating digital/physical employment,rendering real time data and insights for effective economic planning and development of the society.
