A critical bottleneck in achieving Sustainable Development Goal 4 is a massive teacher shortage in terms of quantity and quality. UNESCO estimates that 68.8 million teachers need to be recruited and trained in developing countries if the goal of universal enrollment in primary and secondary education is to be achieved by 2030 (UNESCO Institute of Statistics, 2016). At the same time, existing teachers are often poorly prepared. In sub-Saharan Africa and in the Caribbean, around a quarter of secondary school teachers have had no formal training (UNESCO, 2016). The attrition rate among public primary school teachers in sub-Saharan Africa is as much as 15% (UNESCO, 2016) while an estimated 20% of instructional time is lost in Latin America and the Caribbean due to absenteeism and inadequate preparation (Bruns & Luque, 2015).
The provision of high quality teacher professional development (TPD) to all teachers, from pre-service to induction to in-service, poses a challenge for many countries, especially those in the Global South where there are limited resources and significant rural-urban, regional, and other gaps. Addressing these gaps requires innovative approaches to TPD.
Informed by the principles of effective TPD and depending on the particular contexts of the teachers, teacher education institutions, and schools, approaches to TPD@Scale may be “blended,” combining online and offline methods, modalities, resources, and activities when and where appropriate.
Our solution is a social enterprise that leverage virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technology to bring scalable ,immersive, experiential and exponential impact in transforming national education, training and beyond. We are enhancing a learner-professional relationship through practical, affordable and usable tech solutions by providing highly quality, affordable, personalized learning. The approach is an end to end information system that is based on application & technology solution to share actionable and real time content. We aim at connecting technology with people and bridging the knowledge gap and enhance the quality professionalism, education and training.

The ability of one to decide how they want to consume information and how they want to interact with it enhances how the students learn.We also differentiate our-self through capability of of our VR /AR— which helps students to customize their own VR experiences not forgetting an easy-to-use interface through a selection of built in tools.The content and VR experiences currently being developed and made available are siloed, selective, expensive, and unattainable platforms. Also, these VR experiences tend to be incompatible across different hardware devices when content is viewed.We are driven by democratization, retention,Measurement and scalability.
Information and communication technologies (ICT) using VR/AR has the potential to contribute to be inclusive, high quality by immersive and experiential learning, and cost-effective through teleporting. Our ICT-mediated learning environment engages large numbers of learners, remotely and/or face-to-face, with limited expert. The approaches to scale may be “blended,” combining online and offline methods, modalities, resources, and activities when and where appropriate.
Create a collection of VR/AR experiences. The experience can be remixed by changing a few variables within the existing template. Apart from the users (students), developers can also add their own VR templates to the VR/AR library.We want to eventually us a WebVR, an open JavaScript standard for building VR experiences on the web. This enables the VR templates used to be compatible across all VR platforms.This will be possible by working with partners and collaborators.Eventually offering a software where it includes a new mobile editor and affordable premium teacher account for immersive storytelling.
A WebVR of Instant, free access across all platforms to content that can be developed by many at the same time.This is so because the world has grown more fragmented and divided, we want to bridge cross-cultural gaps and create a dialogue from meaningful human connections. Art and empathy go a long way, and we think that the VR horizon for capturing and marrying both is uniquely expansive and valuable to achieve this.On the service side in education we want to offer curriculum planning,competence development, teacher education and consulting for technology intergration in the classroom.

We haven't launched our AR/VR experience but for VR for those who have used our product is 10 this was a case by case basis we had not focus on education.
Since our initial focus is education we aim to see high educational outcome as result in fostering innovation, creativity, critical thinking, social and emotional learning, and skills-building in diverse learners, a propose new models for affordable training to increase both the quality and quantity of teachers and other educators, particularly in disadvantaged communities, Ensure educators are well-trained, motivated, and supported. To have Personalize and adapt teaching to all, especially people with disabilities, and learners living in areas disrupted by crises or in low-income settings.500 teachers/caregivers to 6000 children in 3 years and 100 teachers and 1000 children in 12 months.

our team members is composed of people from diverse background we have worked together on various R&D projects in the past. So, we have a clear understanding of our working habits, expectations, strengths and weaknesses. We believe communication is the key aspect for effective project management. Currently we are targeting on using SAAS( Software as a service) modeling why we chose this is that 1. It Offers significant recurring revenue and is highly scalable 2.Relatively low-cost in comparison to in-house software or hardware setup.
We will capitalize more on a decentralized approach in which we will be working with organisation using their CSR initiative in spreading education through virtual reality experience with a model of 'Adopt a school initiative' This will offer us to scale the business and increasing our reach and impact.
On the other hand extending service with companies through envisioning, creating and delivering impactful XR experiences that fuel new business growth apart from education in generating revenue through helping them:
