Our project solve the problem of maintaining the mental health of students by timely identifying emotional instability, aggression, depression and emotional lability. With the help of our system, psychological services receive timely information about learners who urgently need psychological support due to academic or personal problems. Thanks to our analytical report, psychologists can provide timely and targeted psychological support and prevent the occurrence of dangerous incidents, such as aggression, bullying, suicide, etc.

We are faced with new social and psychological problems. This problem is particularly acute in the school environment. Today in schools: 68% of students and teachers face bullying when performing educational and professional tasks, the number of suicides is increasing (by 37% among adolescents), the number of cases of student violence within schools has increased by 13%.
The video system, consisting of cameras in classrooms and a video server, is installed at the school facility and during normal educational activities performs a cascade of operations in real time: it finds faces in the frame,

determines which of the students is in the frame, recognizes the emotional state at the moment and uploads the results for analyze. The set of data collected for the period: hour, day, week, month, etc., is processed by the AI system and sends reports to the user's personal account with access rights differentiation. At the same time, the solution can be supplemented with mobile and web applications for psychologists, educators, school leaders, as well as for parents with the function of generating individual reports on the child's condition. This comparative monitoring of emotional well-being allows you to see negative emotional trends at the time of their occurrence and take timely advisory and corrective actions, find out the causes and prevent the problem.
Our solution helps children to grow up psychologically healthy and in case of psychoemotional issues you could be able to solve them at the very beginning. Although the buyers of the product are school psychological services, school administrators and parents, the main beneficiaries are children. Nowaday, psychoemotional monitoring is done by one-time surveys and selective questionnaires.

Our system for monitoring emotional well-being can be implemented both in offline classes and in online training. We directly influence and solve the following problems identified in this Challenge: 1. We help to identify emotional problems associated with learning and/or interaction with fellow students or teachers and provide students with the necessary level of psychological support. 2. We directly affect the physical safety and mental health of students, counting the timely detection of potentially dangerous classmates, bullfighters, abusers, etc. 3. We provide teachers with timely objective feedback on the systemic emotional responses of students to educational activities.

We have implemented the solution and continue to implement it in three schools in the region of Perm City and in other region of the Russian Federation. These are Secondary schools No. 108, 102 and specialized School No. 8. Currently, we are negotiating the implementation of our solution in the Chelyabinsk Region and the Republic of Tatarstan at the level of regional ministries of education. This is due to the fact that in the Russian Federation, most educational institutions are state-owned and the decision is made by the authorities, not the principal of schools.
During the implementation, we tested 800 students in 3 schools for 8 months. At the same time, we have a letter from each principal of the school confirming the value of the product.

However, our know-how consists in the organization of data collection and a system for analyzing the collected data and obtaining highly specialized reports. Currently, our solution is implemented in 3 schools in Russia. In total, this is about 800 students and 56 teachers. We plan to connect 50 more schools to our solution during this year, and launch a pilot project in the US, with about 20,000 students. In 5 years, 5,000 schools and 10,000,000 students.
At the moment, we are not introducing our solution everywhere, but only in 3 schools. But there we have already made progress in achieving the goals of the impact of our system in the form of several indicators: 1. qualitative improvement of the general emotional background in general by the classes in which our system works; 2. Preventing 5 serious conflicts between classrooms and teachers due to systemic misunderstanding and inappropriate educational activities; 3. prevention of 2 cases of pre-suicidal behavior confirmed by objective tests of school psychologists after receiving reports of our system. We also assess our progress on customer feedback, in this case school leaders and psychologists, who note the greater manageability of emotional dynamics and the possibility of a qualitative change in psychological support using our reports. The project appeared against the background of an incident in one of the schools of the Russian Federation, when teenagers came to school with knives. We have been concerned against this problem and we started the development of a solution, the initial version of the product was created within 8 months. It is obvious that teenagers who are capable of such actions can be identified in advance and involve psychologists immediately, without turning the situation to an incident. Most importantly, we are passionate about the idea of the project and want children to grow up in a healthy and safe school environment. In our team, all the co-founders have their own successful experience in marketing of innovative solutions. The team has both technical experience in implementing IT projects and experience in selling products on the international market. This makes it possible to build a successful business by reducing time and risks. Each of the co-founders is very clearly responsible for a specific function that is critical to the success of the business, and has the appropriate education and extensive practical experience for this: CEO - for the content of the product, methodology and key value for users; CTO - for architecture and mathematical modeling; CCO - for promotion, marketing strategy and interaction with partners.

Olga is responsible for all management issues and all the team welcomes that all important decisions are made by Olga. Therefore, the expansion of the customer base is probably the most valuable resource that we could get.
We are interested in cooperation with international research groups that deal with social problems of aggression, emotional health of children and society, analysis of behavior and social processes, which are under the patronage of the United Nations. In addition, we are looking for specific partners - video surveillance service providers to find ways to interact with them and sell our software on the international market in countries of our intended presence - United States, Canada. Of course, we are looking for access to our potential customers-educational institutions, which we can already bring huge benefits and help them create a safe educational environment.

Yes, by studying the emotional behavior of primary and secondary school children in the classroom, we can track the dynamics of their perception of each school subject individually and provide a comparative analysis of their emotional perception. Thus, it is timely to draw the attention of parents, teachers and psychologists to the emergence of difficulties in specific areas of knowledge. After receiving quick and up-to-date feedback on the students ' reaction to the lesson, the teacher can adjust the way how the lesson is presented and make accents on difficult-to-learn topics. This gives teachers the opportunity for self-improvement and professional development.
On the other hand, we give students the opportunity to know themselves better and can help them achieve their educational and career tasks, through data on their emotional predisposition to certain subjects in the context of a comparative analysis of one another.
We will spend the prize on continuing research in the field of psycho-emotional monitoring in order to let students better understand their own emotional dynamics and develop in accordance with their desires.
