Reduce violence against women, create more opportunities for women to be created by change and bring their positive influence to all spaces where leadership is needed.

We consolidate 4 pillars in the education and training of our participants, these are leadership, entrepreneurship, financial education and emotional education.

We create a community that gives them continuous support so that they continue to empower the process that has begun.

We want to create an educational platform that allows us to expand our impact in the rural communities of Peru.

In the next 3 years our vision is to expand our impact in 3 regions of southern Peru.

Through our comprehensive educational leadership and entrepreneurship programs aimed at adolescent women and adult women.

Its implementation begins with a recruitment and selection procedure for the beneficiaries.

This year we have the challenge of serving 100 fellows who have our educational programs of entrepreneurship and leadership in a comprehensive manner.

In the next 3 years we impacted a total of 500 women through our educational programs, the way to measure the impact was through the quantification of enterprises that they themselves lead.

Our team is made up of 3 talented people, professionals, with a high vocation for service and above all passionate about contributing to a better world. His main skills: teamwork, leadership, communication skills, flexible and disruptive thinking, adaptability to changes and problem solving.

Through the company we sell our services and through the non-profit association we collect donations.

We believe in the power of solidary work, we need to know new experiences of success and have more professional knowledge to generate a greater impact with our purpose.

Fundraising and scalability system and impact measurement. We need this knowledge in a professional manner based on other extension experiences that can be adapted to our context.
