87% of Nigeria's population cannot access healthcare because, healthcare services are not readily available/accessible and available solutions are too expensive for the average Nigerians and coupled with the increasing manpower shortage in our healthcare sector which has led to long wait times to access healthcare where available and with the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, hospital transmitted infections are becoming a big cause for concern as more people are now scared of visiting hospitals.

SonoCare is solving this problem through a mobile application that virtually takes the hospital to patients at a fraction of the cost instead of patients going to hospitals. SonoCare does this by delivering instant virtual consultations with verified medical doctors, collecting patients’ samples at their doorsteps for laboratory and diagnostic testing, offering electronic prescriptions which can be fulfilled by partner pharmacies and delivered to patients’ doorsteps, connecting patients to the nearest verified nurses for home nursing care; booking referral appointments for secondary care cases and instantly connecting patients with ambulance services in emergencies and offering highly subsidized health plans that cover healthcare costs
