STAGES Smart Human Good Human
Stages is ending global poverty through creative education & next generation entrepreneurship.
STAGES is a multi-dimensional project with a quest to end global poverty. We believe that the key to building successful eco-systems around the world lies in developing a new generation of socially conscious, tech savvy and highly adaptive minds with the ability to lead and create in an age of technological and economic innovations.
Founded by Opher Brayer, STAGES has at its foundation an education methodology known as The Talent System. This system uses the following four components to teach students young and old the extraordinary ability to develop any talent.
The Four Components Of Talent
1. Pattern recognition: The ability to recognize emotional, intellectual or physical patterns, and how they are built and connected. This is the instinctive element of talent.
2. Pattern design: The ability to detect different pattern elements and re-design them in a systematic order to generate a product, service, or behaviour. This is the creative element of talent.
3. Analogy: Techniques that help people make the connection between one experience in their lives and another. Analogy is essential for developing intelligence, and these techniques can grow and determine your ability to learn and analyze new experiences. This is the intuitive element of talent.
4. Real time composition (RTC): This involves a fusion of recognized and designed patterns and finding the common denominator. This practice is critical to fulfill 100% of your skills and talents in any situation. This is the systemic element of talent.
Using these unconventional learning methods, the Talent System works by accelerating the development of creativity, talent, fast learning and knowledge absorption. Blending hundreds of methodologies and more than 30 years' experience in talent development, it relies on systemic thinking and mathematics taught through a series of simple and fun games.
FAST FACTS
· The Talent System includes 14,440 micro educational games.
· The Talent System is taught by playing 5 to 7 minute games between subjects on an average school day or during after-school activities.
· The games enable students to learn two times faster within a couple of months and ten times faster than the average student within six years.
- So far, the system has been used by 3000 kids in Israel and 500 children in the Czech Republic. Next year, the system will be taught to 10,000 kids across Czech. It is also being introduced into Korea and Singapore.
· It's based on the premise that by teaching the brain how to use its imagination, which is the natural inclination of young kids, students will easily gain a mathematical brain without needing to work harder or practice.
The Talent System is designed to enable scientific thinking and research abilities, develop technological capabilities (to quickly and effectively learn programming languages), support multi-talent abilities (quick and easy transition from one field to another) and encourage a good human model (empathy and the desire to help others through contributions to the community).

Technology is NOT integral for the beginning level, only simulation games, then robotics and coding and later Mathematica 11.0 by wolfram.
There is also the app of Talent Islands for talent development for home use that can also be implemented in class.
To Grow into 6 countries, more than 20 cities and towns; We aim to train 400 teachers in the methodology, and support about 10,000 children in their talent and creativity development. By establishing an R&D center for developing technologies and methodologies, we aim to address the future education needs.
Methodology and technology R&D centers are to be built in 30 countries, while teachers, children and adults are to be trained; We aim to affect a minimum of 1.4 million people, and start building smart urban eco systems for future growth, development and prosperity of people and cities.

Through schools, City Mayors and local governments.
531 children use it daily, at least 3 times per day. Last year, we trained 26 teachers, who will go through a second level of their training this summer. Eight of these teachers also qualify as lecturers, who will prepare new teachers to start using the method in their classes, - starting this autumn.
In 2018 we hope to train up to 400 teachers that will teach about 10,000 children. Within the next 3 years we intend to train up to 10,000 teachers and teach 200,000 children.

In brief, the core of building and supporting sustainable cities and nations requires human capital. Stages in the Czech Republic has full support of both federal and local governments, and the Ministry of Education, to develop the next 2,000 brightest inventors into their full potential. Then they will transform the Czech Republic into a Forth Industrial Revolution nation.
Presently, we are in "Phase I" of the project, addressing the education. The costs will be paid by the government, school system, and later by users of two applications: the Child's App and the Parent's App. Overall, there are five phases of our strategy, leading to implementation of a Sustainable Urban Eco-System design.
Being paid per child, there is price differentiation between rich and poor cities, the NGO will support places of extreem poverty.
Basic profitability is an average of 30%
in the first year we conducted everything as non for profit, now we start to create income.
