Basic Information
Our tagline:

Tutorship and mentorship platform that enables high school students access educational materials and career counselling offline.

Our pitch:

Access to quality education has been a very huge problem for high school students  in Ghana and Africa.  Inadequate teaching and learning materials, prohibition of electronic devices on campuses and high students to teacher ratio has made it very difficult for students to grasp what they are taught in school and even receive counselling. Mentoring has been the focus for individual career learners since the mid 1980s. Research has shown that a successful mentoring relationships can assist individuals in learning the ropes of their education, career development and their influence on the society. In Ghana, students do not have to such mentorship opportunities and therefore misled to make wrong decisions which affects their dreams in life.

The sole aim of ENACTUS KNUST is to transform the lives of individuals within our communities and rural areas with the knowledge we acquire in school. In our quest to solve the problem stated, we developed a tutorship and mentorship platform called BAMSIMABAMSIMA is a mentorship and tutorship platform that enables students have access to educational resources and counselling offline. With BAMSIMA , students will have access to educational videos and documents filmed by the best students in the country and receive career counselling from industry persons with in depth knowledge in their fields of work.

Our solution initially need internet connectivity to function, but now we can provide these resources to students offline. We believe that our solution will supplement  what students are taught in class to provide more understanding on STEM courses so students especially girls can pursue their dream careers and turn their passions into realities through or career counselling platform.
