Fundamental learning outcomes are greatly increased with environments that foster team oriented goals. Enhanced learning through peer connection sets the stage for keeping each other engaged, on track and setup for success.

Using open-source learning platforms combined with creating cohort groups, connected with a platform known as TeamEDU.Net will keep students engaged, learning through each level of the content, and ready to achieve a common goal together.

Affordability is key, not all students will have technology needed. Hosting at local libraries likely best approach. Schedule matching for weekly meetings.

Connection platform to ensure student cohorts are built for success. Measure outcomes with completion rate.

Identify volunteer leaders to assist in keeping students on track.

Technology identifies and creates cohorts of  the various students with similar learning experiences.

The platform will pull in appropriate lessons from public sources such as Khan academy , Coursera udacity etc.

Have this rolled out to all states and several countries to enable peer learning.
