This funding will help me to in implementing water and sanitation projects in urban poor areas(slums) which we have unable to attend to due to financial constraints.

The vision and purpose of my organization is to see that the urban poor are able to access clean and safe water  at low cost and also to ensure they are connected to sewer.

I am working with mostly the landlords in slum urban areas so that we can easily connect their houses to water and sanitation. We are also working with county governments and other local authorities and national governments,private entities to see how well we can improve the living standards of urban poor by providing water and sanitation at cheaper cost.

I am working as a mediator between the urban slum landlords and relevant authorities in improving the life of the urban poor by providing cheap and safe water and sanitation to urban poor.

We have been able to ensure that the urban poor areas are connected to cheap and safe water and sanitation. The urban areas which we have been successful to work with others and ensured they have access to water and sanitation are as follows:Kibera,kawangware,kangemi,kayole soweto,mukuru kwa njenga,kiamaiko,korogocho and many others.
