The Problem

AI is rapidly transforming education, but teachers are not fully prepared. Around 70% use AI, yet less than half feel ready to teach it, and only 40% see ethical use. This gap risks misuse, making it critical to equip teachers to guide responsible AI use in classrooms.

The Solution

To address this gap, we have pivoted our solution to focus on AI training programs as a core priority for 2025 to 2026 under Generation Girl. These programs are designed to equip both students and teachers with practical AI knowledge, with a strong emphasis on responsible and ethical use.

We deliver the training through an asynchronous learning model, allowing participants to access materials anytime and learn at their own pace. This approach increases accessibility, especially for teachers who often have limited time and varying schedules. The curriculum covers foundational AI concepts, real use cases, and guidance on how to integrate AI into learning environments effectively.

This solution builds on the original vision of KELAS by maintaining flexible access to technology education, while adapting the content to meet the growing demand for AI literacy.

Stats

6000 teachers, students, and professionals have completed Generation Girl's AI training programs and received a certification.
