One Click One Fix presents customers with the best quality info of their car's status and provide them solutions on how to fix their car at the convenience of their home.

What is your solution?

One Click One Fix is an app that identifies your car's problem. It provides you with a step-by-step process on how to fix it, and if you are in need of a mechanic, it gives you a quote on how much it should cost you. If you ever got into an accident, the app sends an alert to your family member with your location and what type of accident you got into. With One Click One Fix you can also buy or trade cars.

One Click One Fix is an app that identifies your car's problem. The way it works is that you download the app on your phone, then there is a sensor/reader that you will put in your car, which will translate everything to your app. Each sensor will have a unique code that will be entered in the app, before applying it to the car. The sensor/reader reads everything in your car and reports it to the app.

What specific problem are you trying to solve?

Most of the time when our cars have issues, we are unable to identify what type of issue it is. If, fortunately, we do so; we will be unable to fix it ourselves. Which will cause us to waste a lot of money at the mechanics.

Who does your solution serve? In what ways will the solution impact their lives?

One Click One Fix helps customers to be knowledgeable of their car. It gives the best quality info on the status of their car. One Click One Fix provides options on how customers can fix their car at the convenience of their home. It helps them save money by knowing how much it should cost them at the mechanics. It also helps customers to feel safe by automatically alerting family members in case of an emergency.

What steps have you taken to understand the needs of the population you want to serve?

I have done surveys that helps confirming that a lot of people are affected by these problems.

What is the unmet need that your solution tried to address? Why is it important?

The need of being knowledgeable of One's car issue, the need to be able to save money when going to the mechanic, and being able to feel in case of a car accident.
