 We gathers plastic wastes from our environment, use them as raw materials or binding agent in addition with sand and other components in the production of pavement blocks and tiles

We gather plastic wastes and by means of a shredder we break all the wastes down into smaller sizes. The shredded wastes are mixed with sand,color pigment and other components in it's right proportion and melted evenly by the extruder.it is then weighed and compressed fi give the desired shape, size and weight.

It's then left in an airy place to cool and dry.

Our processes are environmental friendly and donot emit any gas into the atmosphere.

Our pavement blocks can be used to pave roads, streets, compounds and many more

The problem statement is improper disposal of plastic wastes and underutilization of plastic wastes.the rate at which Plastic wastes are affecting our water bodies and natural environment is alarming.

In my community,improper disposal of plastic wastes in water bodies has led to contamination of the water bodies leading to water borne diseases on a rise in my community. 

Thousands of people are affected by the problems that improper disposal brings about.

Statistics by the ministry of sanitation and water resources states that every year about 12million tonnes of Plastic wastes are found in our ocean and 5.5 million tonnes are currently in our sea beds.

Statistics shows that 3500tonnes wastes are generated daily and 350 tonnes are plastic wastes.

Factors contributing to the increase in plastic pollution is improper disposal and underutilization of plastic wastes.

Our target markets includes, estate developers, construction companies, ministry of road and highway,

Gathering plastic wastes and putting them to meaningful uses will help the people in my community to observe good sanitation .

Our customers want durable pavement blocks and tiles and Bs Plast Blocks is here to provide them.pavement blocks that withstand all adverse weather conditions.

Currently, the pavement blocks they are served with are not durable enough to withstand water and can absorb water which makes it's weak and breaks in no time but we are providing pavement blocks that has less air space and donot absorb water as compared to the ones they are being served with.due to its plastic constituents,it can expand and contrast during sunny days and can withstand vibrations.

The team conducted a quick market survey and out of the population we took a sample of 750 individuals and presented our pavement blocks to them and took recommendations and comments from them to improve upon our product.

Many people who think about the environment were very much interested in our product and how environmental friendly it is.

We took their comments in to consideration and improved our prototypes.

We have made alot of prototypes and have tested them in our community
