We are a team that aims to cater to all enthusiastic learners from all over the world, with an effective perspective of learning and helping them improve their skill set.

Team FullStack believes in bridging up the existing industry gaps and making them more sustainable, rather than trying to innovate and make our products/services more accessible. At present, our business leans towards the company's business model which is focused on EdTech and Digital Services and CSR. In the EdTech sector, we educate undergraduates, graduates, and aspiring technology professionals about various digital skills like Full Stack Web Development, Digital Marketing, App Development and Graphic Designing. With regards to our services, we offer every kinds of service to our global clients which includes Website/Mobile Application Development, Digital Marketing Consultancy, and Graphic Designing. Our value propositions include all the above factors and we also formulate a monetary-based business plan that we always consider. We are also involved in CSR Projects for MNCs, where we cooperate with them on some common grounds to educate underprivileged people of all ages and provide them with employment opportunities at Level 1.

1. Education is more of a theory-based learning. Exposure to Under Graduates and Graduates to industry techniques is very low. Industry standard technologies are not taught in universities. We would want the students to have the employability aspect in them and also reduce the burden on the hiring organizations regarding the training investment they do.

Budding startups and companies require a digital presence, to reach potential customers and increase their revenue. We would want them to grow in all aspects by providing them proper digital presence support like: Website/Mobile Application Development, Social Media handling and marketing. This will ensure proper growth of the organization.  

We skill-up graduates and undergraduates so that they are ready to step inside the industry or freelance in the domain they wish to. Almost every organization, after hiring a fresher, assigns him/her to complete few courses in order to make sure that they can work on a particular domain in the company. We would want all the candidates to be employable and start working on a project in the company from the week 1 itself. This training isn't provided by universities. 

In order to understand the needs of the population which we aim to serve, we have been considering various aspects and methods which can help us dive deep into the peoples problem and derive solutions out of it. Some of the key governing factors are as follows: For market research purposes & statistics we look forward to ISR (Indian Skill Report) published by CII, further in order to collect data from our end user/target audience we manually ask for their requirements through floating various virtual survey forms/on ground 1to1 surveys and considering their social media behavior in the relevant context, we try to articulate a rport which cumulatively helps us to carry out future projections in terms of sustainability, scalability, employability, consumer interests and economic viability.

Team FullStack was established in March 2021 with a vision to add value in peoples' lives in any which means possible and a strong mission to provide high-level training to people who look forward to upskill, polish and improve their existing skill set and to apply it in real time market needs. As of now we have trained 300+ graduates from our Organization from which 180 are marginalized, others through our bootcamps and free workshops. To talk about our b2b collaborations we have almost 5+ corporates with whom we are working to bridge the loop holes and incur sustainability. Through this stage we aim to seek guidance in all means possible and scale our organization.

We use and also train our students different technologies, in order to maintain technological stability in the society. We have until now explored Full Stack Development as our major technology, also from where our startup name originates. We are trying to incorporate as many technologies as we can to support all the verticals in the appropriate manner. Training students in technologies has been our interest right from day one. We look forward to diving into Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Virtual Reality and many more.

We have trained about 300 students in the past 1 year in India, and we are looking forward to mentoring double the number of students worldwide and helping them to develop industry-required skills by educating them on the latest technologies.

We aim to grow in terms of our super team, in order to scale our venture followed by increasing our clientele/student base on a 2x basis from the numbers which we have and finally to increase the revenue generation by $3000 USD for the Q4 2022, to achieve all these impact goals we look forward to implement various strategies which includes incorporation of the company D2C marketing, B2B publicity by word of mouth and increase the brand image by lateral hammering technique.

Talking about measuring our progress, we aim to grow in terms of our super team members in order to scale our venture and look up to projected revenue of $3000 USD, which further we can invest for bootstrapping. One of the most important from above these is increasing our student and client base as a 2x projection from the numbers which we have. To measure our progress we now look forward to the indicators from the UN SDGs' and our working on traditional methods to measure our progress with the help of our esteemed mentors and participating in various stage events.

As a start-up we are in the early stage of the process so we might come across some Financial barriers that could slow down our process, we currently are a team of 10, we all give our best towards the vision but this year we are aiming to achieve twice the output of this year we need to hire members with the same mindset which can be a cumbersome task and can slow down our working speed. Also, we are planning to get incorporated this year so it might require some legal hearing and proceedings so that might also be a barrier.

We are a Tech-based Startup that mainly focuses on developing three major verticals in the industry mainly EdTech; Digital Services and CSR. We provide all the industry-required skills for the students. We have conducted various Boot Camps and Workshops in the domain of Web Development, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing. As we all are Undergraduate students we are familiar with the type of approach that is required for a better understanding of the concepts. To date, we have guided 300 students and mentored them to be industry-ready. 

We all at team full-stack highly focus on overall development wherein we not only educate them for the skills but also guide them along their social journey about marketing themselves on various platforms e.g. LinkedIn.

We also provide services to budding startups and various small-scale organizations in order to embrace and develop their digital presence. 

When it comes to CSR we majorly work according to client requirements by educating the marginalized people and providing them with employment opportunities.

We have trained and educated students in the field of Web Development, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing so that they can start their careers in the best possible way, and give them the much-needed kickstart. We work with various companies for Corporate social responsibility (CSR) where we educate all the marginalized students from various sectors. To date, we have completed 3 CSR projects and trained 180+ marginalized students.
