What is your solution?

it's in the tourism industry where we are introducing use of VR technology in touring online and offline(Tour hubs) using 3D and 9Dvr where by an online platform being launched enabling the online User to assess tours both Livestream and uploaded guided tours and for the online platform uses both VR gadgets and Smartscreen like phones

What specific problem are you trying to solve?

Inability to tour due to lockdowns, COVID

Alot of paperwork needed like passports, vaccinations, visas

Alot of time is spent on tours which can be boring

Students who are disabled are left out like the lame forthe hiking and trekking school trips

Some tour places are risky like hideouts for rebles and have dangerous wildlife

Pollution of touring grounds where by tourists converge and litter the premises and feed animals

High costs incurred when going for touring like flight, Accomodations lodges

Accidents occurs in tours like the school trips and some tour places are not good for kids and yet they have to get to know there

Who does your solution serve? In what ways will the solution impact their lives?

According our niche we are targeting

1.Tourists

Where by they are locked down and can't access tourism here by can access the online platform and use either VR gadgets or the TV's and this favours solo and families, group friends having Live streamed guided tours.

2.Education institutes eg schools

Here by the having the research on wildlife can get together on the online platform and book the tour place they are making research since some of time they can afford having research trips to some parks due to of the costs.

3.Tour companies and Tour guides

Where by most of these were hit by the waves of COVID and some closed since no tourist where coming the country of Uganda since the tourism industry of Uganda has been static in away of relying on physical tours and this creates them to leave when there are no customers and with the online tours and offline Tours(Tour hubs) can still get to generate money even under lockdowns and for the tour guides freelance where by anyone verified onghe platform can get money when has guided tours in the countries they are living according tothe bookings

What steps have you taken to understand the needs of the population you want to serve?

Have pitched to tour operators like in Egypt and said it's suitable for the period of COVID and it's game changer idea for the tourism sector

The inability to tour due to the sanctions in place like some countries DNT allow some people to vist, tour and others are risky,The lockdown are higher
