We facilitate the development of standards that are essential to the implementation and adoption of the PTOYMatrix platform and token in securely protecting and managing healthcare information. Such standards are necessary for interoperability and auditability and for transparency purposes. It governs the PTOYMatrix and encourages the Health IT industry to improve patient and population health outcomes through the adoption of secure, decentralized Health Information Exchange and Storage via the PTOYMatrix Blockchain enabled Network.
It accelerates the education around the development of new technologies and applications, in the healthcare industry and promotes, develops, protects, standardizes or encourages interoperability of applications, products, and implementations of blockchain or distributed ledger technology in the healthcare field.
Our solution consists of three main components:
Secure Health Data - Decentralize & Distribute
With blockchain, decentralize & distribute health data. Hacks are denied entire databases.
Unified Data Exchange Platform & System
With blockchain technology, provide a unified, permissioned platform & consistent system for storage & exchange of medical records & health industry data.
New Protocols & Encryption
Leverage new protocols available through decentralized technology, coupled with encryption to secure & render compromised data entirely useless.
Populations across the world are seeing an increase in chronic conditions at an alarming rate. The United States already has over 40% of the population with one or more chronic illnesses, this is even more exacerbated due to the global pandemic. Both providers and patients lack the comprehensive data to make the most efficient decisions, as 66% of US citizens have concerns when health data is managed electronically and 75% of hospitals experience inefficiencies in cost and management due to complexity of care. Electronic medical records are not integrated seamlessly across providers and lifestyle data is not a component of care plan creation, leading to rising healthcare costs and poor health outcomes. Enterprises and Providers cannot see the bigger picture due to the lack of interoperability and access across current management systems; they cannot create efficient care plans for patients without access to all patient data. This lack of access, interoperability, and personalization has resulted in an increase in chronic illnesses, data breaches, and fines, and a decrease in patient satisfaction and quality of care.
The Patientory Foundation provides access to healthcare education and healthcare services to those that would otherwise have no or limited access to such care. The Patientory Foundation’s programming is focused on those individuals and organizations that want to serve those who would otherwise have limited or no access to healthcare. All people regardless of economic and social status, including poor and underserved people in our community, will have quality health care.
PROVIDERS- Share/Access Patient Data, Enhanced Care Coordination

Healthcare is a sector that is traditionally slow to adopt new technologies. Predictive analytics, blockchain, and digital health are all new innovative technologies to the healthcare sector. So far, we have built a robust network of partnerships across healthcare providers, clinical trials/pharma, insurance/employer organizations. We have harnessed corporate partnerships to build our pitch and use case. Partnerships have been key to our marketing, and growth plans, as we must build trust and educate our consumer as we pitch our solution that relies on these new technologies. We are trying to get more funding to improve our solution, and acquire more clients, potential partnership opportunities.
