Blockchain book for personal data and rites protection!
The GDPR regulation is aimed at unifying and bringing to a single standard the movement of personal data between EU member states, as well as protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals with regard to data processing and ensuring their safety. The nuance of the GDPR is that even companies outside the EU should be attentive to them if the services are focused on the European or international market. And also now online identifiers, such as IP address, email, cookie identifier, geolocation, biometric parameters of a person, are also equal to personal data.
It is necessary to understand that all organizations irrespective of their size are obliged to obey the rules of GDPR. Even if a private entrepreneur stores data that allows you to personally identify a person (name, surname, address, social security data, age, habits, needs, photos, videos, complaints, phone number, email, IP address of site visitors, etc.) - all this is personal data of people.
In the context of increasing measures to protect personal data and large-scale digitalization of industries, it is proposed to implement a digital platform to record the consent of the subject of personal data to processing based on blockchain technologies.
In the framework of the proposed idea it is proposed to create a Trusted third party, which should be created by all international standards with a high level of recognition from the point of view of the management system.
This organization should develop and maintain a digital register in which records of all rights (consents) of the subject to third-party processing of their personal data will be kept. Access to the registry will be provided through a mobile application, through which subjects will be able to define categories of personal data, set the level of access (consent to view, use for various purposes, for example, for advertising or banking services), receive reporting data (who, when basis of which got access to his data).
Positive aspects for business:
1) For processors - the processor will transfer its function of compliance with the law in the field of personal data protection to the Trusted third party, and accordingly will reduce its costs for providing this function.
2) For a new business - this will provide an opportunity to quickly implement business projects for the provision of digital services, because by connecting to the registry, a business can instantly gain access to data, the consent of which the business can get through a mobile application.
Positive aspects for public institutions: Full compliance with the requirements and regulations of the legislation in the field of personal data protection. As well as conducting audits in terms of compliance with the requirements of the law and a single organization than many. The entire architecture of the technical solution will be implemented on the basis of blockchain technologies.

Full compliance with the requirements and regulations of the legislation in the field of personal data protection. As well as conducting audits in terms of compliance with the requirements of the law and a single organization than many.

Proposed system can have Open API.
Mobile App to be developed.

Mobile App which will be adapted to the low connectivity and skills. For idenficiation and verification can be used existing technologies, e.g. biometric, digital signature etc.
It could applicable in all UN member states.

Support is needed. The source of profit for the organization will be the provision of a digital platform as a service for business and the public. It is expected about 50 million services per month only in terms of providing reports to the public. In addition, with the support of the project from large personal data processors (like Facebook, OK.ru, twitter.com and others), corporate services can be implemented.
The success factor of the project lies in the uniqueness and absence of analogues in the world. Blockchain technology to eliminate the possible risks of interference from specialized services.

Yes, definitely. We believe the proposed idea will address the existing issues of data protection.
Investment for the implementation and development.
