The communities in which Park Square Family Medicine works have concentrated indigenous/ethnic minority women, Marginalized rural women, girls, and Women living with HIV populations who skew young and face high rates of unemployment, poverty, and lack of medical service opportunities According to the local area "Economic and Demographic Profile Report," there is an increasing demand for cost-effective health care in the nation and in our region. Specifically, the local population (within 35 miles) is predicted to grow approximately 3.5% per year and has a population roughly around 160,000 people.

Dr. Festus, a Doctor of Medicine and recent graduate will be the owner and operator of the clinic. The clinic will specialize in the fastest growing health care field. Park Square Family Medicine’s project team also includes Rosemary Jean a medical secretary and John Ibe a medical assistant has extensive experience in medicine, training since 2004.

Park Square Family Medicine is applying to SOLVE because (1) the network is valuable in building a coalition of operational partners, which is a unique aspect of Park Square Family Medicine’s model and a key value-add for beneficiaries, and (2) Park Square Family Medicine is using the upcoming year’s pilot programs as a critical opportunity to test and pinpoint a business model for scale. SOLVE’s peer networks, leadership networks, and visibility opportunities would give Park Square Family Medicine the resources and platform to create impact sourcing partnerships that benefit underserved population, and pave the way for more equitable, In addition, Park Square Family Medicine values the exposure and media access as we are still building a national reputation for the work that we do. Working with SOLVE’s networks and media allows Park Square Family Medicine to increase our presence in the United States and build stakeholder relationships with tech’s biggest companies, many of which have made impact sourcing commitments for underserved local population. In addition, Park Square Family Medicine seeks to increase its roster of operating partners, so that we can deploy our solution broadly and impact more people, increasing access to affordable medical service
