I prefer addressing the theme : Equitable Health System. today in our modern and technology world, Equitable Health System by simply explanation is the equitable distribution of all health components to everyone without any form of superiority. like leadership , Nationality, Language,Race and e.t.c

  In my community, Equitable Health System is practice at a low scale and per my own observation it is because of less health sectors and low number of qualify doctors. in addition, the global world is at a scale of growth from my own analysis, but is facing challenges like drug dispension to every health sectors on a regular basics. as a result of such challenge locally and globally many people across the globe are affected negatively. these challenges often happen in Africa and Asia respectively.

 factors contributing to the problem relate to my solution are:  superiority, Lack of awareness on preventive measures, Insufficient health sectors and services, less qualified and impatient health workers.

  In my home country, those who seek proper medical attention are people with higher authority. example: government officials and high profile individuals. but majority of the people with low income housing family do not get proper medical attention. these people lives are in danger as a result.

Healthy World Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded on November 12, 2020 . I Hossain Abubakar Sheriff is the founder and CEO of this organization . with the sole purpose of addressing health related issues. as an organization we carry on community cleaning up exercises , community awareness on patients care , disease prevention, counselling and distribution of health materials that we can afford. 

we rely on funds received from stakeholders and humanitarians . our vision is to see a just health system and practice being implemented. we somethings receive funds from some lawmakers to carry on projects through lobby , to ensure that our goals are met . we currently have over seventy five(75) committed members across Liberia .

Healthy world Foundation was founded to serve everyone in my country starting with the local communities without any form of discrimination.

The lives of many liberians have not been adjusted to health education . health education is the main challenge facing the liberian society now per my observation. healthy world Foundation is addressing this problem to meet their needs through excessive communication, Teaching the negative and positive outcomes of health, distributing health materials to people such as nose masks to prevent the spread of diseases.

As change Agents, we are the most deserving people to design and deliver this solution because of our commitment ,past contributions, and our future goals that we have for the liberian society. PHP community, Amagashie community, Redlight community e.t.c just to name few communities that we have held cleaning up exercise amongst others.

we provide health tutorial dialogues in many communities. these communities currently serve as an example to our progress. these communities dwellers lives are now changing gradually. 

 we use the question and answer method to dig hidden problems and look for methods through which they are solved. In developing the solution to these problems ,we closely observe the effects of the problem on the community at large. we look for more solutions for the safety of the entire community. our design and implementation are rightly guided by the communities through nice approaches and understanding of the importance of our solutions.

I decided to apply to solve mainly to learn how to grow, run institution, solve problems that relates to the growth of the liberian society on health basis. MIT solve,  i believe is an organization that is there for the upliftment and welfare of the society. and I think MIT solve's method of combating real life problems is actually a beautiful one . with MIT solve today , many people are taking part in building our world through challenges of such. and I finds it necessary to form part of such challenge to grow upon what i will learn to build and run my institution.

My solution provides an improved solution to the problem simply because as change Agents, we believe that everyone should have access to a healthy World through the means of getting equal health benefits for a free,  fair and transparent world. remember that healthy people are wealthy people. 

our solution could be catalytic through our effectiveness and contributions we will make. the only way a solution can become catalytic is by the effective and frequent mood of doing the job.

 I expect it to change the market rapidly, because we are already in the process of bringing changes to the market. in the near future, we are planning to create more methods through which the market can become more developed. in bringing changes to the market, our solution will invest more strength in doing awareness on self  maintenance, educating people about the pros and cons of health, giving to people what we can afford in terms of medical facilities e.t.c

As a founder of Healthy World Foundation,  I and my team are looking forward to seeing ourselves the first impactful organization in liberia when it comes to implementation . we look forward to see Liberia a country where everyone will be practicing health habits on a practical level in all communities , and a government that will believe in an Equitable Health System. that's our goal for the next three (3) to five (5) years to come . 

 Next year,  we want to extend our works in other communities that we have not yet visited and recruit more volunteers to join us boost the health sector of Liberia.

With our immense and dedicated effects towards our job, Healthy World Foundation is moving gradually. the entire team is working tirelessly through cleaning up exercises, health education and more. since we started this, there is a gradual changes in the environments we have visited. and that is what we are anticipating to see in the future, so in discussing the impact goals, i will say we are already making impact we just hope to see more in the future but our goals are already in progress.

At Healthy World Foundation , we are expecting our solution to definitely impact the problem because, we are attending the problem on a regular basics . we are addressing the problem and in return we are seeing positive results. although we are at a growing stage currently, but with the value that we attach to ourselves and the voluntary spirit that we have, communities and people have also value us. the idea of our solution and our method of implementation  have made people and even some organizations that have heard about us to form partnership with us. with these values being attached to us, we fear the damage of our integrity , so we always do things that meet the goals and solutions of what we stand for .

 Healthy world Foundation , will surely impact the problem because, we are in partnership with organizations that are also impacting communities by different means . we usually have programs together to learn from every partner who partake.  we seek counseling from mentors, leadership holders, and some community elders. we engage in community projects , projects that will make the community Healthy. like cleaning up, relocation of dump sites to a proper place to ensure the community's health. we create dialogues between and among people regarding Health issues , just to hear from them and know how they feel about their community health status. 

The core technology that power my solution is Language technique. 

 Language technique have been the power behind my solution. our country Liberia comprises of sixteen (16) ethnic groups . I and my team observe that some elderly people do not speak english, they only speak their local languages or tribes . these people are  found in both the rural and Urban areas, so our messages are not understood by some of them. in finding a way to resolve the resonation of our messages,  as a team we decided to recruit people that are fluent in the local languages or tribes that the people speak . although we have not yet recruited all , because we are recruiting people base on certain criteria .such as , if you are willing to serve voluntarily. for the fact that we are not money making institution to pay you for your services offered. in short, since we started working on this issue it have been the core technology powering my solution .

As a founder and CEO of Healthy world Foundation, i have incorporated diversity in  our work by training my team the importance of getting feedback from members of the organization and even those that have not yet joined the organization. we believe that asking ourselves about how we feel and think about our own institution is prominent and will ensure a peaceful, successful and incorporative work. my team and I also do not waste no time in asking those in the environments , other organizations, mentors, community members about their views and comments regarding Healthy world Foundation. these comments, views, suggestions are all taken into consideration in building our institution. As a person I believe that inorder to build a friendly and successful institution there should be a high level of collaboration and understanding among the team members and population they are serving.  in short, collecting feedbacks among ourselves and out of the organization , is my method of approach to incorporate diversity.

we have put more effort in creating the relationship between us and the population we serve. creating a fine relationship with the people we are serving have been our business model. even though we are non-profit but we believe in establishing a friendly environment starting with ourselves and extending it to the society we are serving . in search of a successful journey , that is our primary focus and model of improvement.

Healthy world Foundation, was purposely founded to address health related issues . although we are still at a growing stage but the population we are serving have understood our values and objectives simply because of our effectiveness and dedication towards what we stand for. we have had cleaning up exercises and health education in various communities . some of these communities dwellers are now ready to give us their support.  

I have understood that our liberian society actually needs help on the aspect of health. i began to observe this because of the way i have seen some communities. some communities do not even have safe drinking water neither clean environment . in some homes , the garbage is trashed everywhere and this is causing serious damage to their own health. these are some of the reasons for which the people our institution is serving needs help concerning health related issues.

we are an institution that do not raise capital or funds for enrichment or self sustainability. currently we do not have a permanent source of fund raising. we raise our funds through raising investment capitals. in keeping our dream alive, we write stakeholders and humanitarians asking them for their support whenever we needs to undertake a project . that is our only means of raising funds to carry on our work.

On numerous occasions our organization have received funds from some stakeholders and humanitarians. such persons we would like to set reference on is the chairman of the Newhope community Mr Adam kamara and the former Representative of District #2 Honourable Sekou S Kanneh amongst others. these are individuals that have contributed a lot and continue to contribute immensely to our organization. we often write a communication to these personalities asking for assistance. such as: financial , material , permits e.t.c. to undertake community services related to our aims and objectives.
